One Corner

When the holiday was over, Mark didn't resume back to the boarding school he continued in his secondary school. In the assembly ground, the school principal gave a stickt warning.
"No form of gambling shall be allowed in this school!!. If you are cought!!. I repeat. IF YOU ARE COUGHT!!. Just try it and see!!".
All the students became afraid of the warning. The assembly ground became silent for 4 seconds and the principal dismissed them to their classes. Later that day, some boys still gathered in one corner and started gambling. They kept doing it smartly so they weren't cought.
"Mark you can join us" a person said. But Mark refused.
"You are on your own. Once you are cought, blame yourself" Mark said.
That afternoon, as the principal was walking around the school and was passing towards Mark's class, he saw that there was no teacher in the class. He also noticed that there were a lot of students at the back and he also saw that some boys gathered in a corner exchanging money and betting in a game. He wasn't really sure so he instructed some of the students to stop blocking his view.
"Please you students should give me space to see what this boys are doing. Did they open market there?" The principal said.
When the students obeyed, he saw clearly that they were gambling.
"You boys should be on your knees" the principal commanded. The boys were so deep in the gambling that they couldn't here the principal until the principal removed his belt and started wiping them. The gamblers were punished by the principal. After that, the principal went to several corners and cought other gamblers in the school. He was even surprised that behind a corner outside his office, there were also some gamblers there.
"WHAT IS THE MEANING OF THIS!!?" The principal asked.
