Mira's POV,
“What the f*ck is happening here?” A voice thundered through the silence causing the guards to freeze in their spot.
My eyes fluttered open but everything was blurry from the pain. The smell of blood filled the air as the guards let go of my hand sending me slumping against the blood-soaked floor.
I glanced toward the door and saw a man standing in the doorway with his jaw clenched tight. His dark brown hair was a bit tousled and his sharp face wasn’t as cold like Alpha Kieran. In fact, he looked like a younger version of Kieran but there was a warmth in his gaze that made him seem a lot safer than his older brother’s usual harsh demeanor.
“Lord Kyden” a weak whisper circulated around me as I caught his name.
