For the next two weeks, I was stuck in bed, still recovering slowly. Violet came to check on me regularly. Each day was passing slowly and I could feel I was under strong security now. Guards posted right outside my door, making sure I was safe and making any chance of escape impossible.
But I didn’t see Alpha Kieran from that night.
Every day, Violet came and monitored my vitals carefully. I always tried to show more energetic in front of her but her sharp eyes missed nothing. I could tell she was watching me carefully to detect all sign of weakness in my body.
