Reincarnated As The murderer's Wife

Sophie I gasped, my hands instinctively covering my mouth as she witnessed the gruesome crime unfolding before my eyes. Peeking through the bathroom door, i trembled, hoping not to be discovered. Prince Theodore relentlessly stabbed the man lying in a pool of blood, completely unaware of the watcher. "Dispose of the body," he commanded, and two men dragged the lifeless figure out of the room while another cleaned the bloodstains. Prince Theodore placed the dagger by his bedside and massaged his temples to calm himself. Realizing his shirt was stained with blood, he hastily took it off and tossed it to a man, instructing him to dispose of it. As he headed towards the bathroom, he struggled with the lock but to no avail. He orderedhis men to break down the door, they struggled but eventually succeeded in forcing it open. Inside, there I was, shaking in fear. Prince Theodore knew i must have witnessed the crime. Without a second thought, he seized his dagger and slayed me. . . . . . I regained consciousness in a fog-filled white room. "Is this heaven?" I pondered, scanning her surroundings. Suddenly, a woman appeared out of nowhere. She wore a radiant purple gown adorned with floral patterns and a fiery crown atop her head. "Who are you? Where am I? Am I dead?" I bombarded the mysterious woman with questions. "One question at a time," the woman replied, her voice a harmonious blend of melodies. I repeated, "Am I dead?" The woman replied, "Yes and no. Yes, because you have passed away, and no, because you shall be granted another chance. " Perplexed, i inquired further, "Another chance?" The woman explained that i was unjustly killed and introduced herself as the Reincarnation goddess who possessed the power to imbue my spirit into another body, granting me the opportunity for revenge against those who wronged me. "How is that possible? How can you give me another chance?" I questioned. With steadfast authority, the goddess revealed her identity and powers. "But does it even matter? I could never take down the Royal Family, no matter who I become," I murmured. The goddess assured me, "But I won't send you back as just anyone; I will send you back as one of them. "Confused, I furrowed my brow, wondering what the goddess meant by "one of them." Sensing my thoughts, the Reincarnation goddess smiled and clarified that one of the Silvers Family members was teetering between life and death, and it was in that body that Sophie would exact her revenge. Urging me to go, the goddess's voice faded away and everything turned blank. . . . . . . . . General Pov Sounds of dogs growling and fighting filled the air as a man walked his dogs. They barked uncontrollably and bolted from his side. Curiosity piqued, the man trailed them to an abandoned construction site, where the dogs circled a wounded woman. She appeared lifeless, pale face and dried lips. The man prodded her with a stick, hoping to confirm her demise. With a groan, the woman responded, causing the man to recoil in fear. She sat up, seemingly unharmed, and approached him. Fueled by terror, the man and his dogs fled. "Wait!" the woman called out, realizing her voice sounded different. Ignoring the peculiar sensation, she examined her blood-soaked body. "Did Theo's men dump me here?" She wondered, confirming her identity as Sophie Danvers. Her encounter with the Reincarnation goddess briefly crossed her mind, dismissed as a mere dream. "Reincarnation is just nonsense," she muttered to herself. Covered in blood, she cautiously left the building, choosing secluded paths to avoid attention. Arriving at her house, she discovered it locked. Retrieving the key from under the doormat, she unlocked the door. At that instant, her neighbor Carlos spotted her and exclaimed, "Thief! Thief!" Desperate to explain, Sophie attempted to convey her identity, but Carlos brandished a baseball bat and charged towards her. Sprinting for safety, Sophie led Carlos on a chase through an alley and onto the highway, never looking back. While running, a limousine screeched to a halt directly in front of her, revealing her worst nightmare, Theo. He donned the same blood-stained clothes from earlier, leaving Sophie to wonder if the blood was hers or that of his previous victim. Desperate to flee, she evaded his grasp and cried, "Stay away from me, you monster!" Theo stood shocked, having searched tirelessly for her. Finally finding her, he now faced rejection and was labeled a monster. "Ivory, what's wrong with you? It's me, Theo! Your husband!" he shouted. "Husband?" Sophie questioned, baffled. Sophie finally got a glance of her reflection in a nearby mirror and truly she did look like Ivory. "Come on, let's go home" Theo said and led her to his limo. She was about to get in when Carlos got to the limo and made to hit her with the bat, Theo stood in front of Sophie and stopped the bat with his hand. Carlos began to shiver on seeing that he almost hit Theo Silver, the heir to the throne."I..I….I'm sorry your sir Theo" he stuttered and shifted back in fear. Theo shot him a glare and signaled his men to take care of him. "I'm sorry, please forgive me! Please!" He begged as he was dragged away by Theo's men. Theo helped Sophie into the limo and ordered his driver to take them home. The driver drove to the house will full speed and in no time they were there. Theo carried Sophie in a bridal style to their room and laid her gently on the bed. "You just stay here, I'll go call the doctor" Theo said and left. Sophie just laid there while staring at the ceiling in shock. She couldn't believe what was happening, how was it possible that she looked like Ivory? The doctor arrived moments later and examined her. He wrapped a bandage around her head and prescribed some drugs for her. "You seem to have developed amnesia ma'am, I have to relay this to your highness" the doctor said and left. "Amnesia? But I still remember who I am"
