With lunchtime rolling around, I got a craving for Chinese food and headed over to my favorite place, Kung Chow. I would’ve invited Zurie to come with me, but she’d told me the night before, just before she left my place, that she always did all her chores on Sunday, so she wouldn’t be available. Still, I was in an awesome mood.
The day and night before had gone great, and she had stayed until nearly midnight before heading home. Even though we didn’t have s*x, it felt good to get closer in other ways. She’d told me a lot about herself and the way things were with the Niko bullshit.
