Scarlett's POV

In a matter of second both Xavier and Shawn make a mad dash to the direction of the toilet.

"Do you think they gonna be okay Hunter?" I asked Hunter.

Hunter stared at the direction where they gone "You don't have to worry about them. They'll survive. Is not like they're gonna die by kissing each other".

"By the way what do you need to buy actually?".

Hunter tap his right pointing fingers to his left palm. "I need to buy some groceries for Bennett because our food supplies almost ran out. Luca asked me to buy some flowers seed. He wanna add some water lily and lotus in the pond he just finish build. He also want me to buy a pet fish for the pond".

"I didn't know there a pond on the property?".

"Actually it was Luca idea to add the pond on our landscape. It turn out well. I'll show you later" Hunter patted my head covered hoodie.

"Wow thanks. Its a date".

Hunter look stunned when I give him my full blow smile. Our peaceful moment was cut short when we hear Xavier and Shawn bickering.

"I don't wanna get infected by your creepy stalker virus" Shawn glared at Xavier.

Xavier raised his eyebrow "And you think I want to be infected by your p*****t virus? I'm too young to be infected by your virus. I don't want to be a p*****t".

"How about we settle this thing in training room when we go back bastard" Shawn was face to face with Xavier.

Xavier smirk "I'm on. Just don't go crying when you lose".

"Don't worry you will be the one that goes crying and running away with your tail tug between your legs".

They do staring contest while walking to us. "Are they always like this?".

"Most of the time,It always Bennett that been the one to stop their childish bickering. You didn't have to worry about them. Even thought they always on each other throat, they never have any intention to kill each other for real. Hurt maybe but not killing. Beside you get use to it" Hunter explain to me.

"So where are we going now?" I change the topic when Shawn and Xavier stand in front of us.

"I think I'll buy Luca's stuff first than we will go to the market. Bennett like the groceries fresh. Then we will buy fish for the pond".

"Sound like a good plan".

I follow Hunter while Shawn and Xavier behind me. After putting my stuff at the back of the car we drive away.

We arrived in front of a botanical garden. It was big and full of flower. Once we enter the garden we are assault with flower fragrance. It was soothening scent.

"Oh,Hunter you are here" a middle age woman greeted Hunter. "Did you come for Luca's stuff?".

Hunter hug the woman "Hi Greta. Yeah. Luca send me to buy some water lily and lotus for the pond he just build".

"I didn't see you there Xavier, Shawn. Come give me a hug" both of them hug Greta. Finally she saw me. "Hello young lady. Did you come with this idiots?".

I giggle and pull the hoodie from my head to greet Greta properly. "Yes. I'm their new teammate. You could call me Scarlett Mrs..." I trailed off didn't know what to call her.

"Nonsense. Call me Greta. The friend of my grandson is a family" she hug me. For a middle age woman she have such a strong grip.

"Grandson?".

"Hunter here is my grandson" she pinch Hunter cheek. "I hate to be call gran, it sound old. That's why he call me by my name. I didn't realize Hunter have such a beauty in his team".

"You flattering me Greta. I'm just an average girl".

"By the way how old are you?".

"I'm 19 years old almost 20" I didn't understand why she asking.

"Hmm. You have a waist that good to bare children. Your age was also perfect to be married" I choked on my own saliva "You are in the same age. You should marry early to get many children. Hunter, you should keep her. She is a keeper. Hey Scarlett do you wanna be Hunter's bride?" she smirked while looking at Hunter. " I can guaranty that he is good in bed. You shou-".

Hunter blushed red before dragging Greta somewhere.

"Well that was awkward" Shawn said while Xavier agree. He turn around to me "But if you want to be my bride I'm absolutely okay with it. I'll treat you like a princess you should be for the rest of our life" Shawn kiss my knuckle.

Xavier hit Shawn's hand away. "Like hell I would let the like of you to marry with my mistress. A p*****t 4 eyes like you, dream to marry my mistress? You can keep dreaming then".

"You should know your place slave. You are just a servant that serve my princess. There no place for you in her heart".

Before they could continue their usual quarrel a guy stop them. He have dark brown hair with eyes almost the gold like and piercing on his right ear. Wearing white button up shirt with black jacket. He was tall I think maybe as tall as Hunter.

"Xavier, Shawn? Is that you guys?" the guy said. The guy come to us.

They do the bro hug "Arthur. What are you doing here?" Xavier said.

"I was tracking a hell monster that headed here. Then I saw Hunter's car outside. Where is he anywhere? and who is she?" at the last statement he look over to me.

Shawn swing his hand over my shoulder. "Hunter is with Greta, his gran and the owner of this botanical garden. And this is our newest member Scarlett" he kiss my cheek which lead to Xavier grabbing Shawn collar roughly and start they bickering.

"Hey,I'm Arthur. I have never sees your face before" Arthur hold up his hand to shake. He didn't even mind that Shawn and Xavier was bickering beside us. I guess that was something normal.

I shook his hand. "I don't usually show my face...so maybe that's why you didn't see my face so often".

"Did you track the monster alone?" that was Shawn.

Both his and Xavier clothes have crumpled especially on the collar area. Guess they stop for a moment.

"I come with Ace. He was outside" on cue a guy with light purple hair waltz in to our direction. Her eyes have the same color as Bennett which is orange. He wear white blazer with white shirt and black pant. "There he is" His hair reach his shoulder.

"There you are Arthur. I was searching for you. Oh who we have here? Xavier, Shawn and a girl I never saw before" he tile his head to the side to figure out who am I.

"Her name is Scarlett. She is the new member of Black Fang" Arthur for me.

"I didn't know you're recruiting a new member" the question was direct to Xavier and Shawn.

"We didn't" Xavier said.

Shawn continue "We get an order from higher up to let her into our team".

"So she a spoil princess" Ace laugh. "I never thought someone would be very desperate to get into the top team in Black Op by using the higher up. Wow desperate much" he smirked looking at me.

"Hey,Ace you shouldn't said that" Arthur said.

"Why? It was the true right" I just rolled my eyes. I would give anything to break this guy ego.

Before I could retort anything there a sound outside. We quickly go outside. There stood outside was 7 hell monsters. 5 green color while the other was black and dark red. They have sharp canine and claws. They are big. Bigger than us. They can turn us into human pancake if they decided to crushed us using they weights.

"I-I thought we on-only have to deal with one. We need to call back up" Ace said and pull out his phone. He was too busy trying to dial the number that he didn't realize one of the monster gonna attack him. "Pick it up!! Dammit!!" before the line could be connected the green color monster with horn lunged at him.

I dash at the monster before giving the monster Uwa Mawashi Geri also know as hook kick on its temple. If its a normal human he should be knocked out by now. The monster stumble back from the kick while I gracefully land. Ace was behind me. Speechless I guess. I took a deep breath.

The monster stand up and look at me with hatred and wonder.

"You should be focus when your enemies was in front of you if you still want to live your life" I didn't even turned around to face Ace.

I heard sound of footstep before hearing Hunter's voice "What happen?" there panic in his voice.

"Did you get Greta to safety?" I didn't answer the question because I know Hunter can guess it himself the situation.

"Don't worry I make sure to get Greta to safety" I sigh in relieved. I didn't want Greta in danger.

"Did you smell that?" a disembodied voice said. From the look of it I guess the red one said because he was sniffing the air.

"It smell delicious" the green one that I kicked said. His voice was hoarse.

Between the 7 of them the black one have slightly small frame. From where I stand I can saw a glint from the end of its long hair. The hair move around like it have mind of its own. Kinda like a tentacles, remind me of octopus.

"It come from the girl" a feminine voice was heard. The the monsters attention was on me. Oh great now all eyes on me.

"The voice inside my head told me to get her" the other green color monster without a horn said.

"I'll handle the black and the red one. You guys handle the rest" I can sense the red and the black one are more powerful than the other.

I have to make sure they are save. But at the same time I can't turn into The Slayer to use my full power. I don't want my identity to be exposed. Thanks god that Greta's botanical garden was surrounds by wood. That's meant I don't have to worry innocent people got caught up in the fight.

"I don't think you can handle it yourself, Scarlett. At least let us help you" Arthur said.

I didn't turn fully around just enough for me to look at him "Trust me. I can handle it myself. Just worry about yourself". "Hey you vile creature. Me and my friend will entertain you before you die".

The black creature gave a high pitch laugh "Who do you think you are little girl? I can turn you to mince meat with my razor sharp hair in a matter of second".

"I'll eat you alive so you could feel how my teeth feel when it pierce through your skin" the red one said while licking his lip.

I smirked "I like to see you do that. You know you looks like an octopus with your hair like that. Maybe you should live in the sea and meet your other kind".

"That b***h is mine!! You guys handle the other" black roar and lunged at me.

Pulling the scythe clip off from hair. I kiss the clip and said "My name is Scarlett Drachen, I summons Crimson Rose to aid me" before throwing it to the air.

I jump when the Black's hair attack me. She didn't kidding when she said that her hair was sharp as razor because it slice my sweater but not deep enough to cut my skin. Just torn my sweater a little. She attack for the second time, but this time I was prepare with my scythe. I block all the attack easily.

From the corner of my eyes I can see them (Xavier, Shawn, Hunter, Ace and Arthur) struggle to fight 6 of the monster. I saw the red one was targeting Arthur's heart, who is fighting with his sword. I don't think he can dodge it with that close range. I can't let he die here. I don't want to answer to Rei for one of his agent's death.

"Freeze the water in the air. As hard and as clear as a diamond. I call upon thee to become the shield. Protect whose in need" I touch the ground using the scythe at Arthur direction.

An ice shield appear just in time before red could kill Arthur by piercing his hand through Arthur's heart.

"What the f**k?!" Arthur exclaimed. From his tone I know he was in shocked. Well I can't blame him for that.

I managed to dodge another attack from black. "You shouldn't take your eyes away from your opponent girl".

"Crystal water in the winter air. I begged for thee to aid me. Dropped the temperature and blew the fire out. Freeze everything thee touch and help me to reach my goal".

This time when the tentacles like hair attack me, the end that touch the scythe froze. I smirk at that. Its turned to ice before it cracked and turn to a little ice block. The hair still regenerate itself after being froze.

" I have to admit it. The power you show back there...integrated me" she look at the end of her hair that are regenerate. "I didn't expect for you to inflict this much damage to me".

"Don't look down at me like that. It's like your are insulting me when you think I'm weak" I said mock hurt. When I saw red was about to attack Arthur again I said "Hey, red. How about you pick someone your own size".

"Am I alone didn't satisfied you enough girl? Such a greedy girl" black said still attacking me with her hair and sharp claws. I blocked and dodged all the attack with the help of scythe. She didn't even care that her claws was froze and crumbled because I know she expect for it to be regenerate.

"I just wanna test my limit that's all" I smirked.

I didn't noticed that red have lunged at me. Thankfully I managed to blocked his sharp claws just in time. Because I was not prepare the impact from his attack send me back a few meters from my original place. I managed to stop myself for flying any further my ducking the scythe into the ground. Making a line from where I once stood and currently standing.

"Are you okay princess?" Shawn yelled but I stopped him from approaching me.

"Focus on your fight Shawn" I said sternly. I gave my attention back on red and black who standing side by side in front of me who also grinning.

"You strong. I was expecting that you fly away from the impact" black said. "You even managed to give my hand a damaged while blocking my attack" he look at his hand that half way turned to ice.

"Tell me who are you? I know your are not a normal person by the way your are defending yourself" black say. Her hair keep on moving. She attack me again with her hair. I blocked all her attack.

I swing my scythe to protect myself at the same time slashing scythe on black direction. The scythe slice black cheek turning it into ice slowly.

"I don't even know why I was drawn to you. Who are you really are girl? Don't you ever think to have us a kinda bullshit answer" black growl. She touch her wounded cheek.
