Shawn's POV

The sunlight peeking through the window made me regret not pulling the curtain before I sleep. I groan and start to stretch my sore muscle. Why did I even sleep on a chair? I rub some sleepiness from my eyes.

"Finally, you wake up Shawn" a feminine voice said.

I scream. A high pitch scream. Oh my gosh, I hope I can turn back time because my dignity is at stake. I'm so embarrassed screaming like a girl. I hope the ground would swallow me up. I cover my face with the palm of my hands. I'm too embarrassed to face the feminine voice.

Slowly I might add, I peek through my finger. Look at the source of the voice. With her back against the headboard, there Scarlett watching me. She was smiling.

"You screamed like a girl" she said while giggling.

I frown but inside, I was smiling like Cheshire cat. Thanks god, she's awake "You know it's not good laughing at someone, princess".

"But it was funny. Wait, did you just call me princess?" she tilts her head to the side.

I gave her a smug look "You bet I did".

"Why?".

"Because I want to. Besides you're my princess" I said kissing her knuckle, trying to put a manly act.

Suddenly the door burst open. A high pitch scream escapes from my throat yet again. There goes my manly image. Damn you whoever burst through the door. I curse them in my head.

"Are you okay?" that voice only belong to one person and that person is Bennett.

"Does any part of your body hurt?" Hunter walks to Scarlett. He didn't even gave me a second glance. Wow, what a nice friend. Note the sarcasm.

"Did Shawn do anything perverted to you? I shouldn't have let him in your room last night. I know he is a p*****t from the way he always acts around girls." I'll ignore the last comment from Xavier.

Then I heard an angelic laugh. "You guys I'm okay. Nothing hurts and no. Shawn hasn't done anything perverted to me".

I quickly go hug Scarlett who's defending me. "Oh, princess thank you. They're always being mean to me" I know the others are rolling their eyes. I snuggle my head in her neck.

"Now, now Shawn calm down. Can you let me go because you kinda crushing me right now" said while Scarlett pats my head.

Before I could remove myself 3 sets of arms pull me away from Scarlett to the opposite wall.

"Can you breath, Scarlett?" Bennett asks checking Scarlett.

"What the hell was Shawn thinking? Crushing you like that" Xavier has such an exaggerated sigh. I just rolled my eyes.

I thought Hunter was siding with me when he didn't say anything but I'm was proved wrong when he says, "Maybe we should give him a good smack on the head so his perverseness doesn't take over" Thanks a lot, Hunter. You asshole.

Scarlett laughter caught my attention once again. "Now guys please don't accuse him like that. He just didn't realize what he did so it's okay" I think my heart melted a little hearing that. "Now can someone help me to the bathroom because I'd like to wash my face before breakfast but my ankle hurt when I tried to move it earlier".

"Princess I'll hel-" I was about to say but Xavier interrupted me.

"Let me...your slave, for 3 months help you, mistress. Now you all go so I can tend to my mistress's needs" Xavier said while wiggling his eyebrows on the word slave.

Scarlett claps her hand together. "Right. The bet. You are my slave for 3 months. Xavier, please help me to the bathroom. I'll see you guys for breakfast".

Everyone said 'okay' and walked out but before I left I whisper in Scarlett's ear "If Xavier tries to do something inappropriate to you, you can just kick him where the sun doesn't shine" and ran out of the room.

Scarlett's POV

"I heard that!!! You imbecile!!!" Xavier yelled beside me.

I just laugh on Xavier and Shawn's attic. They are a comedic duo.

"Now, that they are gone do you want to do anything else?" Xavier's face was close to my face.

I just push his face away and ask "Take me to the bathroom. I need to refresh myself before breakfast".

"Alright mistress" Xavier carry me bridal style out of the room.

"Why are we outside the room? Didn't the room have a bathroom?" I asked while Xavier just kept walking. I saw many doors in the room I know one of them lead to the bathroom.

"Well, it did have a bathroom but there's a problem with the bathroom plumbing. So, you have to use another bathroom. Luckily, the bathroom is across the hall".

Xavier opens the door and made me sit on the toilet lid. He pulled out a new toothbrush putting some toothpaste on it and hand it to me.

"If you need anything call me. I'll be waiting outside the door" Xavier said and close the door as he walks out.

I finished my business. After splashing some water on my face. I finally feel refreshed and ready for breakfast.

"Xavier, you can come in," I said and wait for Xavier to pick me up.

"Finished?" I nodded "Alright then. Let's go meet the others" he carries me bridal style again and I guess to the direction of the kitchen. "The guys should have finished preparing breakfast".

"Xavier" he nods his head and asked me to continue "Why is my ankle bandaged and why do I felt slight pain when I move it?".

"Well Mistress, Luca said you have a hair size fracture on your ankle. Until you heal your ankle I'll carry you around" he explains like it was normal to carry a girl.

I don't want Xavier to do things against his will "Xavier, do you hate being my slave? You know it's okay for you not to be my slave for 3 months".

"I don't really mind actually mistress. Do you know living in the house full of guys are so boring? Besides being your slave mean I can spend more time with you and I'm a man of his word. If I didn't keep my promise, I shouldn't be called a man. That's what my parent taught me" he winked.

I just smile. Finally, we arrive in front a door. Using one hand so support me, he opens the door using the other hand. The kitchen was large. It was as big as the living room. They have all kind of appliance to cooking. There is a dining table with 8 chairs.

On the table. there is so much food. There is a cereal box, two jugs of milk and orange juice, 3 stack plates of pancakes and waffles, a plate of toast, a plate of scrambled eggs, a bottle of maple syrup and butter. There is also a slice fruits. There is also a bowl of mix berries.

"What a feast" I think out loud. I didn't know that I said that out loud until I hear a few chuckles from the others.

"This is a way we welcome a new member" Shawn grinned walking to me, "Which is you".

Everyone took a seat. Xavier put me beside him. I have Xavier on my left and Hunter on my right. Bennet sat on the head of the table. Sitting across of me is Shawn. Luca sat between Bennet and Shawn.

"Did Xavier do anything to you?" Hunter asked beside me while sipping an orange juice.

I think Xavier heard Hunter's question because he kept wiggling his eyebrow that said 'mess with him a little'. I smirked and gave Xavier a wink.

"Well, he helped me in the bathroom. You know to shower because I can't use my leg. He also helped me undress h-" seems like I didn't need to say anymore because Hunter had to spit his orange juice out of his mouth and coughing right now.

Xavier was laughing his ass off while I tried to keep myself from even smiling.

"Eww, you are disgusting Hunter. Luckily, the food didn't get any of your stupid spit" Shawn exclaimed.

Bennet just shook his head while Luca just eats his breakfast like nothing happen. He has the little yellow bird on his head.

Hunter threw a glare at Xavier and Shawn. I put my hand on Hunter's back, trying to help to soothe the coughing.

"Relax, Hunter. I'm just messing with you" I whispered beside his ear.

Hunter stops coughing and his face turns red. I asked him if he was okay but he replied by putting a stack of pancake and waffle on my plate while drizzling the syrup on the pancake and waffle.

"Eat," he said while stuffing his face with waffle.

I happily eat the food on my plate. I'm so hungry. Guess I didn't eat dinner last night. What actually happened after I passed out?

I was so deep in my thought that I didn't realize Bennett is calling my name until Xavier gripped my shoulder. I give Xavier a confused look and he just pointed at Bennett who's looking at me with concern.

"Urm, yeah?" that's was all I can say.

"Are you okay, Scarlett?" I was about to nod when Shawn interrupt.

"Did we make something you are allergic to?"

"No, I don't have any allergic reacti-".

"Does your leg hurt?" Hunter looked at me.

Do they think I'm too fragile? "I assure you that my leg is f-".

"Do you need to go to the bathroom?" Xavier glancing at me.

"I don't thi-" Luca pass me a glass of water. "Thanks, but I don-".

"Maybe we should go to the hospital to take a look at your leg properly" Bennett mumbles to himself.

"Like I said before my leg is fi-".

They keep interrupting what I was about to say. I take a deep breath, without speaking a word I take the butter knife and stab the table. Making the butter knife stand straight on the table. I guess that caught their attention. The table was now quiet.

"You guys please calm down. I'm OKAY. My leg is a little hurt but that's NORMAL. I'm fine so please calm down. Earlier I was so deep in my thought that I didn't hear Bennett calling me" I said slowly so the information can sink in. "Now, that you calm down please tell me what you about to say earlier Bennett".

Bennet cleared his throat. "I want to reintroduction our self properly" I nodded my head for Bennett to continue. "My name is Bennett Vlac but you can call me Bennet. I'm 23 years old. I'm also the leader of this team. The name of the team is Black Fang" I didn't know this team name is Black Fang.

"You already know what to called me but I'll tell you my name anyway. The name is Xavier Knight. I'm 21 and the vice of this team" Xavier wink at me.

Next up is Hunter. "Hunter White is my name. 19 years old and the strategist of this team" he said briefly.

Luca introduces himself in sign language which I understand but Hunter translates it anyway. "Hello, this is the first time we speak. My name is Luca Cavaliere. You can call me Luca. I'm the same age as Xavier. I handle anything that's related to medic in this team" his face was void of any emotion.

"Last but not least me. Shawn Alric is the given name. 22 years old and still single. I create the weapons these guys use for the battle so you can say I'm the technician" Shawn gave me a wide smile.

"So now, is the time for me to introduce myself. As you know, my name is Scarlett Drachen. I'm still 19 years old. I'm joining this team so please take good care of me in the future" I said while bowing slightly.
