Emma! come down. I heard my mother calling. I am just 20 years old and wanted to build a career but had to marry because of my family My father wanted me to get married to his bestfriend's son. I knew I had no choice other than agreeing to be in this forced bond. I have never met him before. There were gossips in town that my would be husband is a playboy and total flirt. I have a meeting with them in half an hour. They're going to fix a wedding date for us. Like others,my big day wouldn't be big for me. I am not really happy but had to pretend.They didn't tell me the main reason behind this wedding. I only knew this is their wish. Emma, hurry up. We are already getting late. We have to reach at the location on time. Come on, we can't make them wait.I heard my mother shouting. My mum prepared a beautiful white dress for me. I quickly put on the dress and made a hairdo, put on some light makeup and hurriedly rush towards the door. The meeting was fixed in a five star hotel. My in laws are very royal and rich. They want someone perfect for their heir and according to them, I'm the perfect fit. We reached the hotel in no time.It was my first time in a five star hotel. The hotel was very luxurious and big. We sat on the table. A waiter arrived to ask for our order. The other family arrived 5 mins later. My mother in law was so happy to see me. I reached out to hug her. She gave me a kiss on forehead. I saw my would be husband for the first time. I can't deny he was not handsome cause he is.He looked like a total gentleman. As it's said, look could be deceiving.We chated for a while. Our parents talked about our marriage and fixed a date in next month. Time flies and my wedding day arrived. I wear the gown brought by my mother in law. The gown was very expensive. In the blink of eye, I was walking down the aisle with my father and my fiance was standing with the priest. He gave me his hand like a gentleman. The priest recite the vows and we repeated. After the completion of vows, he asked us to kiss each other. He gave me a light peck on my lips. I said goodbye to my parents and with heavy heart left for my new home. Our car stopped infront of a big mansion. My home was nothing compared to his.There were bodyguards and servants. He lifted me in his arms and gently put me on the bed. After that, he left the room. I quickly changed in some light clothes. Slowly and steadily, the night arrives. It was four to five hours since I haven't seen my husband. I started taking a walk around the house. Suddenly, I hear some noises coming from the room downstairs. I stealthily walked towards it. The sight infront of my eyes was nothing less than a shock.I couldn't brought myself to believe what I just witnessed. I found my husband lying with another woman. It was hard to believe he cheated me on our wedding night. I couldn't wait any longer and ran out of the house. I ran and ran and ran, my vission started getting blurry. I saw a bar near me.I entered the bar and asked the waiter to make me a glass. I wanted to erase the scene I just saw. I was drinking glasses after glasses then suddenly somebody stopped me. Our eyes met. I saw a tall and handsome man standing infront of me. I started trembling. He asked me my name and address. I didn't him any. Please take me somewhere else, I don't want to go home.I said with teary eyes. I wasn't in the condition to walk so he lifted me up and brought me in a nearby hotel. The heat starting getting tensed between us. I couldn't stop myself from hugging him. His warmth was comforting so I held him tightly After a while I passed out.
