Amelia's POV
It was only the eighth day before Raziel’s deadline and his demands were becoming more ridiculous and strange. Nobody wanted to be in the pack anymore, but then Raziel’s men were already at the border executing their Alpha’s instructions. Alpha Raziel's anger had become an unbearable pain for everyone, only finding a solution to his problems would help lessen his anger.
“Oh! I almost forgot about it, how can I be so careless.” Thoughts of Cassandra ran through my mind. The assassin I sent to track her down had not given me any reply and I forgot to send a message across to him as well.
“Does it mean he didn’t succeed?” The security in the pack was not something I could break easily. Raziel’s men were everywhere and I don’t want to be a victim of his anger.
