Chapter 31 The day after the King and Queen of Fiorland arrived, a welcome feast was held in the great hall. Candles in tall candelabra lit the long tables, and the sconces burned brightly, picking out glints of gold thread in the tapestries adorning the walls. Most of the tables in the hall were filled.
