A smile appeared on my lips as soon as my eyes opened to the sight of Alix laying beside me, hair flying all over.
It just made me think back to last night.
It had (undeniably) been the best night of my life.

All this just made me throw back to my first times with her.
Yes, I'd loved her.
But with Alix, it all just felt different.
It felt like she was my whole being, and someone I wanted to be with for the rest of my life.
