The four gem necklace who stabilize and protect the equality of the Essentials got stolen by the White Demons so from then, Essentials build an academy to train every single essentials of different tribes that has the ability and superiority that can bring back home the four gem necklace.

All of it is because based on prophecy, four anonymous essentials will be their lights in their most darkle days. This prophecy made all the Guild Masters rage to train all the bests essential teams in academy.
