She answered to McNamara’s furious voice. “Jo, you must make a turn North-East. There was a multiple collision here and the road is completely blocked. I’m afraid I’ll need at least ten minutes to get out of here, so I’ll catch up with you,” he said. He didn’t expect any answer but disconnected the call. Jo put the phone back into her pocket and relayed the conversation to James who was driving. “That was the boss. He’s pissed off. He is stuck in traffic because of an accident and told us to turn North-East. I’ll let the others know,” she said and turned on the radio in the police car.
