Just like every other night after the day time nursing classes, Lorelei heads out to the club for her night time job, a place she never looks forward to but always had to force herself to it. She loved dancing a lot but not exactly the way she does it presently. As she looked at her curvaceous figure in the mirror one last time, she got a call from Molly, her pal at the club she works at. "Hello? What is up?" Lorelei greeted, a little happy to hear a friendly voice. "Lory, dear can you give me a ride tonight my car is acting like a little d**k as usual." Molly asked from the other end. Lory chuckled at Molly's description of her car. Molly usually cussed out anyone or anything. "Yeah, no issue. I'm just about to leave actually." Lory replied calmly. She was truly about to leave the house, everything she needed for her shift was packed, even a textbook for a test she would be having in a few days. "Can you bring me your blush, mine just fell and shattered in to pieces" Molly changed her tone to sound as desperate as possible. Lory rolled her eyes at the obvious pretence but she couldn't say no "Whatever, just pray I don't leave it behind." Lory smirked knowingly, she had become sassy like that, especially around Molly in recent days. Molly herself made it easy to be childish, sassy and happy, something Lorelei thought she lost after her father's demise. "Don't do that to me...again." Molly pleaded, implying that Lorelei had done it at some point in time. "Yeah yeah, see you in five." Lory ended the call and immediately picked the high end blush bottle, she now mostly used high end make-up products due to Diego paying for them and the dancers receiving them. "I can simply leave it and tell her I forgot again." Lory shrugged and kept the blush pack back on her dressing table "She never returns anything I lend her." Lory said to justify her act She did some finishing touches to her face again, she took the blush and put it into her bag before leaving through her front door of her cozy apartment. Ones she got into the car she sighed and relaxed back on her seat for a few seconds, she took in deep breaths to ready her mental state for the night ahead. After she had composed herself she started the engines and took off to Molly's house. "Hey girlllllll" Molly waved happily from her house porch, she waited until Lory was parked before she began to take dainty steps towards the waiting car. "Get in before I leave you." Lory shouted in mock anger. She couldn't be angry with Molly. Molly had been of immense help in her settling in at Diego's Club. "Come on Lorelei James, that's not how to offer services." Molly mimicked their boss's formal tone when he scolded about their behavior towards customers. "Sorry boss it will never happen again." Lory rolled her eyes at her friend, it was fun to finally have a friend she could joke around and be sarcastic with. Molly chuckled as she did her seat belts "the blush" she turned to lory and held out her hand. "I left it behind." Lory answered as she swiftly drove out of Molly's park "Omg! Lory that's not fair, you promised me!" Molly said dramatically flopping her head on the headrest. "I meant it's behind the car seat, inside my bag" Lory smirked in response. "What?" Molly quickly turned her head to the back seat behind Lory, "I can only see your bag there." "It's inside the bag" Lory said as if it was very obvious. "Oh..." Molly smiled happily and took the blush out of the back before turning her head back to the driver seat to thank her friend. "Thanks a lot." Molly throw a kiss to Lorelei but Lorelei stretched backwards for the invisible kiss to escape through the window. "You're mean." Molly complained as she did her continued her suspended makeup, adding a few dots of Lorelei's cream blush to her cheeks. Lorelei didn't bother answering her, she just rolled her eyes and concentrated on driving. "Must you always do that?" Molly glared at her friend, using an eyelash clip to hold her false eyelash firmly in place. "Mind your own eyes." Lorelei rolled her eyes again. By the time they got to the club the place was already booming with music and people. As Lorelei wound into the employee parking lot, she happily switched off her vehicle, a crowded club meant more money for her. "Let's do this" Molly said and took her friend hands as they both walked into the club. The place was lighted up with so many eye blinding colours. Lorelei shut her eyes before opening it back a little bit to adjust to the lights. As Molly and Lorelei walked into the club completely, a lot of heads turned to their direction, their heads held high confidently as they walked past the dance floor to the back rooms. Lory was already used to the weird attention the men gave to her, one thing she knew was that she was here for the money and that's all. They swayed their a*s to get as much attention and get they dudes ready to waste some money. "You guys are late." Diego, the club manager said, his brows were furrowed in worry, sometimes he was a good boss, other times he was authoritative. "My car had issues so I had to call Lory for help." Molly explained quickly, Diego looked like he was in one of his angry moods. "Get to work." He dismissed them without responding. They went to the dressing room to strip their clothes, "Your blush is so f*****g light on my skin" Molly exclaimed as she looked at the mirrors. "It's not your shade." Lory rolled her eyes at Molly "Just because I'm a black girl doesn't mean I can't wear blush, maybe a much darker shade." Molly rolled her eyes back at Lorelei. She began to riff through the drawers in search for a darker blush bottle. "You've successfully turned me into you." Lory said referring to the eye rolling that she now did on a daily basis. Molly chuckled as she zipped down the skinny gown she was wearing. Lory went behind her looked at Molly's well defined a*s and unable to tamp down on her intrusive thoughts, she let down her hand on it, hard. "Hey girl!" Molly playfully complained, she turned to Lorelei with an unknown emotion in her eyes. She couldn't be angered by her. "You taught me that too." Lory smirked. "You're starting to become a really bad b***h now." Molly smiled and fully stripped, leaving her sexy lacy lingerie set on. She looked like the vision of a dusky queen in it. Lory did same and they both checked out what they were putting on, "This is new?" Molly winked at lory in her hot chocolate Victoria secret lingerie set. "I saw it, I liked it, I bought it." Lory shrugged "I see" Molly finished adjusting her makeup and adjusted her corset to push up her breasts nearly to her throat, the men she met on the floor of the club liked that very much. "Get your a*s out there girls!" Diego called out gruffly. He never went into dressing rooms unless he was called. Lory and molly left the dressing room and walked seductively, taking one step after another as they stepped into the crowd. Lory went to her usual position where she preferred, at least their filthy hands won't rub her from up there, she took the pole and started dancing, taking the full attention of the customers as molly found her baits for the night, romancing and flirting with them, that was the part she loved unlike Lory that stays at one spot during her dance sets. Lory danced with the pole as if it was a part of her, she was almost better than a professional. The music beats increased, it was nearly capable of bleeding a child's ears, but Lorelei was already used to it since it's been a month since she began. When she saw the men drooling for her and throwing their money on her she gave them a naughty smile, their money was motivation she needed to dance even naughtier. She pulled one of the standing men closer, a young man her age who looked like he could swallow her whole but with innocent eyes. She pulled him by his tie and rocked her a*s on his face, men around him screamed and threw more and more of their money unto the stage. At the end of the night, molly and Lory took their pay for the month with the extra dollars they were sprayed. "I'm gonna buy a lot of new clothes girl!" Molly said as they entered Lorelei's car. "Clothes?, Really?, That's all you could think of?" Lory asked, she wanted to know Molly's plans for the future. "Yo girl, I am a f*****g stripper not a school girl like you okay?" Molly said without feeling. "I just feel you should have other plans than stripping for ever?" Lory raised a brow as she continued driving. "Calm down girl, I have plans." Molly said softly, her reply was calm and sounded too soft to be coming from Molly, it made Lory to really think again, she might not know molly that well after all. "Good night girl, don't call any of those stupid niggas that gave you their numbers okay?" molly winked at her and walked into her house after waving her off Lory sighed and drove off to her place, at least the job paid better than her previous job, she would survive with this for now. When she woke up the next morning with a smile on her face, wishing her mood will remain like this. Lorelei was going to see her mum after classes today before she goes to work, she just hope it won't be a bad decision. She got dressed in a knee length blue gown and carried her a Gucci backpack with her car keys. Lorelei had upgraded herself and live style a lot since she started working as a stripper. The club she worked at was exclusive, so most knew of it, but couldn't enter because they couldn't afford it. She got a lot of tips in twenty and fifty dollar notes from customers and those tips were more than her salary, more than she had ever earned since she started working. When she got to class she simply stayed away from the other students group, since she started her night work, she withdrew herself from any social life on campus to avoid someone recognizing her and spoiling her name or causing insults and all. After lectures she quickly left without speaking to anyone as usual, but as she got into her car, a certain handsome nerd in her class stopped her. "Lory, Lory!" He called and walked faster to catch up with her before she could close her car door. "Oh hi, Zac." She gave him a forced smile "I was looking for you after the last class but you just took off immediately." He patted his chest. "Oh?" She raised a brow "What can I do for you?" She asked. "Well..." Zac smiled shyly, he looked away to think of how he wanted to put his next words. Lory sat on the driver's seat waiting for him with her door open. "I wanted to ask if you would have time tonight." He asked, almost a whisper like he was not sure of what to say. "Sorry, I would be very busy tonight." Lorelei dismissed him immediately and shut her door. Zac gave her space immediately to drive out of the car park, he stood there for a while before consoling himself and believing that Lory is just busy not that she doesn't want to go out with him. When Lorelei got to her mum's place she sat in her car outside the house for over fifteen minutes thinking of how she wanted to approach the woman that frustrated her the most in the world. "Hey mum." She finally entered the house and greeted her mum "Oh dear, I think my wish was just granted. I've been thinking about you." her mum smiled at her "Please, don't think about me, you don't care if I'm dead or alive." Lorelei rolled her eyes. "I need more money Lory." Her mum demanded plainly, like she had a right over the money Lory had or gave to her. "What happened to the money I sent you few weeks ago?" Lorelei raised a brow in question, she was sick and tired of giving money, when her mother had no intention to get better or to be be a better person. "I spent it, isn't that obvious?" Her mum replied nonchalantly, turning her head to look elsewhere, her fingers tangled from twisting her hair. "Just like that? Really mum?" Lorelei was shocked, she had given her mom some money in the first week of work after getting tips, paying for textbooks and paying off her credit card debt. Lorelei had even paid the utility bills, leaving only money to spend. "My credit is overdue dear. If I don't pay, I'll be picked up. Maybe I'll have to sell this house." Lorelei's mom Pointed at the roof of the house they were both in. "Then when you live on the street, you will learn how to use money well." Lorelei said angrily. "Lory, you want you mother to sleep on the street?, I'll just come and stay with you." Her mum shrugged as though it was the most natural thing in the world. "I won't ever think of letting you come over to my place, not even to spend two seconds." Lorelei spat back in anger. "What a wicked child you have become!" Her mum exclaimed, her hand on her mouth, eyes watering. Lorelei scoffed, unable to believe her eyes. Her mother was once again, playing the victim. "Really? I'm now the wicked child?, You never treated me as a daughter, never thought about what will become of me when you were going about gambling all of Father's money mum? Instead of thinking about my education, you were thinking about yourself, now I'm the wicked one?" Lorelei heaved from the anger of saying so much and with so much anger. "How much do you need?" Lorelei asked her mom, thinking it would not be more than her usual two hundred to three hundred dollars. "I need thirty eight hundred dollars." Her mother's soft voice reached her ears and Lorelei gasped. "What? What did you say?"
