I hate the nerve of this girl..
Can't she just keep her mouth shut for few minutes?
After few doubts and discussions, the deal got finalised. I am glad Mr. Alberto didn't mind her crap.
I had already tolerated her face for five days but no not anymore. This time she will be punished and no one is going to save her from me.
Yeah.. I know I want revenge from her but I don't want my personal life to affect our professional life so I was lenient on her.
But today she tried to create a mess in my business deal and I will not tolerate that at any cost.
Now, it's time to show Daddy's Princess why Caleb Wilson is called as a cold hearted brute in business word.
" Call Ms. Jones right now. " I ordered one of my staff as I marched towards the logistics department where most of the employees are busy working on their laptop.
When they saw my face each of them stood up on their place with a scared expression.
" Good Evening, Ladies and Gentlemen. Let me guys introduce you to my new assistant. "
I greeted all of them and soon I saw Avery coming towards me.
The confusion on her face was quite evident but she stood still beside me watching the crowd.
" So, this is Avery Jones my new assistant."I introduced her to them as they all nodded their heads.
She was looking at my face intently.
" A girl who dreams to become a business woman.
But... Don't have any single idea about business.
Such people don't use their brain and do no hard work but still get everything on their feet.
Do you know why?
Because they are heir of a renowned business man. So, they will get everything on the count of two. "
I roared making her flinch. I know she was hurt, deeply hurt. Her expressions were saying the same but she did not utter a word and kept looking down at her feet.
" But this is my company which I have formed due to my patience and hard work and I won't let anyone tarnish it's image.
Remember my words before opening your mouth in front of anyone because if I will open my mouth then it won't be good for you.
This is your first lesson Avery."
I warned her and the whole staff started whispering among themselves. Some were looking her with pity while some were trying hard to control their laughter. But she was still looking at her feet and didn't utter a word.
" Now go to the record room and bring the file of J.P Builders. " I ordered her and she left the place without even glancing at me.
Strange..
I dismissed all of them and went back to my cabin. This much of drama is enough for today. I don't want anymore.
When I reached inside my cabin I saw her standing near the glass window.
" I told you to bring J.P. Builders file then what are you doing here? " I asked her frowning.
" You yourself talks a lot without listening to other person's point of view and here you are blaming me for my mistake.
It was not like that stupid incident has caused you loss of millions but still you exaggerated it.
But I am not angry on you.
No.. Not even a single percent.
Because that was a half truth which you told them about me and other half was just your baseless assumption.
Yes.. I am a daughter of a renowned business man who can put anything on my feet at my one request.
But still I am here working in your company, listening to your baseless insults.
Do you know why? Because I want everyone to know me as Avery Jones not as daughter of rich business man Samuel Jones.
I know my dreams are high and I don't know anything about business and business ethics but then why I have come here? So as to learn that from you.
But no instead of teaching me that, you are busy here insulting me in front of your whole staff. "
She turned her face towards me making me feel guilty for what I have done.
Did I really exaggerated it?
Maybe.. But she deserves it. Doesn't she?
Moreover, I really wanted to humiliate it whether the mistake was small or big.
" Have you forgotten who is the boss here? If your speech is over then get back to the work. " I said with a stern face making my way towards my chair.
But she was still standing there giving me a blank look.
" What " I asked her raising my one eyebrow.
" Let's play truth or dare. " She ran towards me giving me a sheepish smile and sat on the opposite chair.
" Have you gone mad? This is my office not a picnic spot. I have told you to bring that file and here you are asking me to play some game. " I asked her giving her a deadly glare.
" Well.. I am and there is no doubt in it. That file has been taken by DD Sir and he told me that he will manage it.
As per my knowledge, now you are free. You have no meetings or any other work and my working hours are also finished so just to pass our time we can play.
We will get to know each other better"
She whispered clapping her hands just like a little kid.

" I have no interest to know anything about you. I am going home if you are so keen to play then play alone. " I shoved her searching for my car keys.
" Searching for your keys? You won't be able to find it. They are with me. First play then you can go. " She whispered scratching the back of her hair.
" What the hell? Avery give me my keys back I am warning you. " I asked her gritting my teeth.
" Fine.. Let me give you a hint. They are right in front of you but you won't be able to to take it away from me because if you do so then you can be in a big trouble.
Right in front of me is she herself only and there is nothing in her hands then where?
I looked at her from head to toe but then my mind was indicating only one place which I really don't want to share.
" Look don't make me mad. Give me the keys otherwise the consequences won't be good. " I tried to warn her but she was still adamant.
" If you will play with me then I promise you I will stay quite whole day tomorrow. " She tried to lure me but anyways the offer is quite tempting.
Agree Cal.. then you won't have to listen to her ugly voice the whole day.
" If you promise me then I am in. " I replied sitting comfortably on my seat. She smiled sheepishly clapping her hands.
Is she a kid?
But kids are innocent unlike her.
" My turn first. So truth or dare? " She asked me.
" Truth "
" Tell me the name of the girl with whom you are deeply in love. " She asked me placing her elbows on the table.
