CHAPTER ONE
WHEN PEACE BECOMES NOISE-
LUNA’S POV-
You know when life finally
starts going well and you begin thinking—
“Wow… maybe I suffered enough.”
Yeah.
That was me.
Me and Trent were doing good.
Actually good.
No confusion.
No weird energy.
No stress.
Just us.
And honestly?
I still wasn’t fully used to it
Because after Jake, Xavier, Zane, and Gabriel—
Peace felt suspicious.
Like something bad had to be hiding around the corner.
But Trent?
That boy tried.
And trust me—
He tried hard.
Morning texts.
Goodnight calls.
Checking if I had eaten.
Random reassurance when I started overthinking.
He even remembered small things I casually mentioned.
Like one random snack I said I liked once—
Then suddenly he got it for me weeks later.
And honestly?
That type of effort healed something in me.
Slowly.
N: Luna had finally entered a healthier phase of life.
Or at least…
That’s what she thought.
Because life?
Life loves plot twists.
LUNA’S POV-
School rumors never really stopped.
People always had something to say.
Especially when they found out me and Trent were serious.
Some people were supportive.
Some shocked.
Others?
Nosy.
Very nosy.
One random afternoon, Amelia barged into my room like she paid rent there.
“LUNA.”
I looked up immediately.
“What happened?”
She sat down dramatically.
“You won’t believe what I heard.”
And immediately—
I hated that sentence.
Because anytime somebody says “You won’t believe what I heard”—
Peace disappears.
“What now?” I sighed.
She hesitated.
And somehow
—That scared me more.
Then she said: girls in school knows about you and Trent and well, you know how my school is like.
And yes I knew,and I hate that I did
Because Amelia’s school?
Drama headquarters.
Gossip spreads there faster than exam answers.
Everybody somehow knows everybody’s business.
And once your name enters group discussions?
Good luck.
I sighed already feeling stressed.
“What are they saying?”
Amelia scratched her head.
“Well…”
That well alone annoyed me.
“Amelia.”
She looked at me.
“Some girls are talking.”
I blinked.
“Talking how?”
“You know… asking questions. Saying stuff.”
“What stuff?”
She sighed.
“Some are saying they didn’t even know Trent had a girlfriend.”
Okay?
Normal.
CHAPTER 1;
WHEN PEACE GETS LOUD—
LUNA’S POV-
Then she was about to continue—
But I stopped her.
“No.”
Amelia blinked.
“No?”
“I don’t want to hear the rest.”
Because honestly?
Me and Trent were doing perfectly fine.
Actually fine.
No problems.
No arguments.
No confusion.
And after everything I had been through?
I deserved peace.
So why would I willingly sit down and listen to people who clearly had too much time?
People always talk.
Especially when they’re bored.
And if there’s one thing I learned?
Happy relationships somehow make people uncomfortable.
Especially people who don’t understand them.
I sighed.
“People always have something to say.”
Amelia looked at me for a second.
“You sure you don’t want to know?”
“Nope.”
Because if somebody has something to say—
Why not say it to my face?
Exactly.
But no.
Nobody ever has the guts for that.
They whisper.
Talk in groups.
Ask weird questions.
Create stories.
And somehow—
You become the main topic without permission.
Honestly?
I didn’t care.
Or at least—
That’s what I kept telling myself.
N: The thing about rumors?
Even when you ignore them—
Sometimes they still find a way to reach you.
LUNA’S POV-
Later that night, me and Trent were on call.
Like usual.
Laughing.
Talking nonsense.
Arguing over something stupid that honestly didn’t even matter.
Then randomly he said—
“You know I miss you, right?”
I rolled my eyes instantly.
“You’re dramatic.”
“I’m serious.”
“Mhm.”
“No seriously, Luna.”
And honestly?
Moments like that made everything feel worth it.
Because somehow—
He made things feel normal.
Easy.
Like maybe love wasn’t supposed to stress me out all the time.
You know what guys (readers)?
Let’s leave relationship drama for a second 😭
Because if you remember in Part 1, I said I would eventually talk about my school life.
And trust me—
That place?
Another story entirely.
A very long story.
And finally—
I’m graduating in July.
Which honestly?
Still feels unreal.
Because when I say my school life was rough—
I mean rough.
The type of rough that makes you question yourself sometimes.
The type where you count down graduation like it’s freedom.
And no—
It wasn’t just academics.
It was people.
Drama.
Fake friendships.
Feeling misunderstood.
Feeling alone sometimes.
Trying to survive each term without losing your mind.
School really humbled me 😭
But somehow—
God still gave me good people.
And honestly?
That part matters.
A lot.
Because three years ago—
I met my best friend.
Let’s call her Vixys.
And trust me—
That girl?
God knew exactly what He was doing when He placed her in my life.
Because somehow—
She stayed.
Through everything.
The bad moods.
The tears.
The overthinking.
The random stress.
The drama.
Everything.
And not long after—
Through her—
I met another close friend.
Let’s call her Oliver.
And honestly?
Best decision ever.
Because these two girls?
They became my safe place.
Like genuinely.
The type of people you don’t even have to explain yourself too much to.
They just understand.
The type that stay during bad days.
Not only good ones.
And trust me—
Those kinds of friendships?
Rare.
Very rare.
N: Sometimes, when life feels heavy, the right people quietly become your home.
LUNA’S POV-
Looking back now—
I honestly don’t know how I survived school without them.
There were days I wanted to give up.
Days I felt tired.
Days I felt like nobody understood me.
But somehow—
They were there.
Always there.
And now graduation is close.
And honestly?
I already know myself.
I might cry.
Happy tears though 😭
Because wow.
We actually made it.
After all the stress.
The exams.
The memories.
The drama.
The laughter.
Everything.
And as excited as I am to leave—
A small part of me is sad too.
Because endings are weird.
Even when they’re good endings.
But one thing I know?
No matter where life takes us—
These girls?
They’ll always mean something to me.
Because sometimes—
The best thing school gives you isn’t grades.
It’s people.
People who become family.
And trust me—
Vixys and Oliver?
Worth every single tear.
