“So you are going to come today,” Macey said from the next side as I promised to spend this weekend with her rather than killing time in my home.
“Yes, but what about Aunt? Would she be okay with my presence?” I asked as I remembered three weeks ago when I visited Macey, Aunt was pissed off.
She was looking at me like I had stolen her precious things.
So, I am a bit hesitant to go to her place again.
“Don’t worry about mom, since I told her that you work in Mr. Patrick's company, her behavior completely changed. She only asked me when are you coming to visit me. She has been even preparing your favorite dishes,” Macey said with a laugh as I blinked my lashes.
“What? Aunt is cooking. Please, don't make me laugh like this,” I laughed a bit as Macey widened her eyes.
