30 - Taking what I want

3250 Words
Sofia God, I’m nervous! After Lorna told me to make Luca love me, she didn’t give me any advice on how to do it. I didn’t have time to ask her, either. Luca took me to the hospital to see Keaton. He wasn’t happy I was there again because I’d been hurt, but he checked me over on Luca’s orders. Keaton said I had no lasting damage and gave me two painkillers for the headache. He also said the pills would make me sleepy. So, Luca walked me back to my room, kissed my head, and told me to take a shower and sleep. He then walked away, leaving me staring at him until he disappeared down the hallway. I showered, scrubbing every inch of my body. Then I blow-dried my hair, pulled on panties and a t-shirt, and climbed into bed. I slept for six hours. It’s now 4:15 AM, and I’m standing outside Luca's bedroom door. Se.x is the way to make a man want you, or so I read. Lorna once said never to give up se.x easily. But I figured I could tease Luca, make him want me, keep him hooked on me. But the truth is, I’m second-guessing myself. If I sneak into Luca’s room and his bed now, I’ll be giving him the idea that I’m ready for se.x. I’m not sure I’m ready to go all the way yet, even though I know I can’t put it off forever. We’re getting married in less than a week, and on our wedding night, I won’t be able to deny him. Stop dallying, Sofia. Luca won’t force you into penetrative se.x if you’re not ready. But there are other ways to get sexua.l gratification. You’re a woman, dammit, a beautiful, sex.y woman. Own your sexuality and show your future husband you desire him, the way he desires you. Right. Okay. I can do this. Quietly, I open Luca’s door, slowly because I don’t want to risk waking anyone. I slip through the gap and press my lips together as I close the door, hoping it doesn’t click too loudly. Luca’s room is dark except for a gap in the drapes, pushing moonlight through. I stand back against the door for a moment, looking over at Luca while he sleeps. His bed is large, a four-poster with muslin drapes tied to each post. Even in the dark, I can tell the bed was designed to look medieval, and it's beautiful. My eyes rake over Luca’s sleeping form. The moonlight shines on him, and I swallow hard. I’ve never seen anything so magnificent. The muscles on his chest rise and fall with every breath. God, those muscles, eight-pack, and taut pectorals are just mouthwatering! There’s not a hair on his body – except for his head and eyebrows, of course. I’ve seen him fully nude in the steam room, and I almost came just from looking at him then. But now? I feel like my heart is about to break out of my chest! Slowly, I make my way toward Luca’s bed. I move to the opposite side of him, sliding my hand over the soft cotton sheets. The bed is high enough that my feet wouldn’t touch the floor if I sat on the edge. The sheets are pulled down to Luca’s waist, showcasing his top half. His hair is tousled, and his long lashes rest against his chiseled cheekbones. God help me because I think I might have a heart attack! He looks like something from a fairytale, so beautiful in sleep. Gently, I pull the sheets back and climb into bed beside my future husband. I want to wake him up, but I can’t force myself to do it. So I pull myself against Luca’s big body and lay my head on his shoulder. Luca doesn’t move. I close my eyes and slide my hand down his arm, taking his hand in mine. I breathe deeply with a smile. I could get used to this. Not sneaking into Luca’s bed, but being with him every night. It’ll happen once we’re married, I hope. But what if Luca doesn’t want to share a room when we’re married? It’s not unheard of for people in our position to have separate bedrooms. If that’s what Luca wants, I’ll go along with it. I can’t force him to share my bed. As Luca said earlier, there might not be love, but there will be friendship. Friends don’t generally share a bed. But I will do as Lorna said and try to make Luca fall in love with me. I try not to gasp when Luca clutches my hand. I feel him shift, and I’m scared to move. But I smile when he kisses my head. “Well, this is a nice surprise.” His voice is thick with sleep. “I’m sorry,” I whisper while lifting my head from his shoulder and leaning on the pillow. Luca turns on his side and cups my cheek. “Why are you sorry?” “I didn’t mean to sneak into your room,” I say. “Or your bed. I woke up, and I just wanted to be with you.” The moon shines on Luca’s face as he smiles at me. “I’m glad you did.” “You are?” He nods, then leans in and kisses me. I instantly moan into his mouth as his tongue touches mine. I slide my arm around his waist, pulling myself closer to his big body. Oh, God. Why am I tingling like this? “Luca,” I moan when he pulls out of the kiss. He rubs his nose against mine. “You drive me crazy.” I gasp when he presses his erectio.n against my aching puss.y. I bite my lower lip in desire. “Do you see what you do to me, Sofia?” I nod when he does it again. “Being this close to you is torture.” “I know what you mean,” I tell him. Luca shifts, his hand brushing against my hip before settling there, fingers splayed like he’s mapping me. I can feel his heartbeat where his chest is pressed against mine, steady but faster than usual. His breathing hitches when I drag my nails lightly down his side, just to see what he’d do. “You’re f*****g with me,” he mutters, voice rough with sleep or something else. Feeling braver than normal and at ease with this man, I laugh low in my throat and stretch my leg over his, the fabric of my underwear catching on his boxer briefs. I moan at the sensation. “Luca,” I groan his name as his palm slides up my ribcage, thumb skimming the underside of my breast through my t-shirt. I arch into it instinctively, and he exhales sharply through his nose, like he’s trying to hold onto some semblance of control. “Tell me to stop,” he says. “I can’t.” “Why not?” I swallow hard. “Because I don’t want you to.” I catch his wrist and guide his hand higher, letting the heel of his palm press firmly where I want it. Luca’s breath stutters—a sharp, quiet sound that curls hot in my stomach. His fingers flex, tentative at first, then bolder when I bite my lip and don’t pull away. The fabric of my t-shirt bunches under his touch, cotton dragging against my skin in a way that makes my thighs tighten around his leg. “We don’t have to do anything you’re not ready for,” Luca says as he rolls me onto my back and climbs between my legs, looming over me now, shadows hollowing out the dip of his throat. “I want to save full se.x for our wedding night,” I tell him. “I want it to be special.” “And it will be, Sofia. I’m gonna make our wedding night something you’ll never forget. I promise.” I smile. “But that doesn’t mean we can’t do other things tonight.” I hook my fingers into the waistband of his boxers and yank him closer, grinning at the way his hips jerk against mine. Luca ducks his head, lips grazing the hinge of my jaw. “You’re gonna kill me,” he murmurs, but his mouth is already moving lower, teeth catching on the collar of my t-shirt. I arch again, gasping when he nips the sensitive skin above my collarbone. His free hand slides down my side, fingertips dipping beneath the waistband of my underwear just enough to tease before retreating, like he’s testing how far I’ll let him go. The answer is farther. Always farther. I tangle my hand in his hair and tug, earning a groan that vibrates against my throat. His hips roll against mine in answer, the hard line of him unmistakable even through his boxers. I can taste the salt on his skin when I kiss him, can feel the way his pulse jumps under my tongue when I lick a slow stripe up his neck. Luca’s phone buzzes on the nightstand—once, twice—before he knocks it onto the floor without breaking contact. I laugh against his mouth, and he swallows the sound greedily, fingers tightening on my hip like he’s afraid I’ll vanish if he lets go. His thumb finds the peak of my breast through the fabric, circling just hard enough to make me gasp. Luca drags his lips lower, teeth scraping over the swell of my breast before he catches the hem of my t-shirt with his chin, glancing up at me with a look that’s half question, half dare. I lift my arms, letting him peel the fabric away. The air is cool, but Luca’s exhale against my bare stomach is hotter, sending a shiver down my spine that has nothing to do with temperature. His hands span my waist, thumbs brushing the lowest ribs as he presses an open-mouthed kiss just below my navel. Damn. I reach for his boxers, but Luca catches my wrist, pinning it to the mattress beside my head. His grip isn’t tight, but the intent is clear—not yet. I huff, but the protest dies when his tongue traces the lace edge of my underwear, slow and teasing. “Luca,” I warn, but my voice cracks on his name. His smirk is infuriating, victorious, as he hooks a finger under the elastic and tugs it aside just enough to brush his lips over the soft skin there. My back arches off the mattress, my free hand fisting in the sheets. Luca hums against me, the vibration deliberate, and I kick his shoulder lightly, half-heartedly, because we both know I’m not stopping him. Not when his teeth graze my inner thigh. Not when his fingers finally slip beneath the lace. Not when he looks up at me through his lashes and murmurs, “Tell me,” “Please, Luca.” I whimper. He smiles and removes my panties. My legs fall open of their own accord. “Fuc.k,” Luca hisses. “You’re so beautiful.” I groan as my eyes roll. His fingers are clever, relentless, dipping lower with each pass until I’m biting my own wrist to muffle the sound crawling up my throat. His tongue follows the path his fingers had traced, slow and deliberate, like he’s savoring the way my hips jerk under his mouth. My back bows as I cu.m without warning, and I slam my hand over my mouth to stop myself from screaming. The pleasure is something I never imagined! I taste myself on his lips when he kisses me again—deep, messy—his hand still working between my thighs. I rake my nails down his back, feel the muscles tense under my touch, and Luca groans into my mouth, his hips stuttering against the mattress like he’s fighting the urge to grind into it. When his fingers curl inside me, I gasp so sharply it hurts, my thighs clamping around his wrist. Luca laughs, breath hot against my neck, and does it again, slower this time, his free hand fumbling blindly for mine. Our fingers tangle, palms pressed together too tightly, and I realize distantly that I’m the one holding on now—like I’m the one afraid he’ll disappear. His thumb circles lazily, achingly light, until I twist my hand free and grab his hair, dragging his mouth back to mine. The kiss is all teeth, all desperation. Luca’s fingers never slow, even as his other hand grips my hip hard enough to bruise. I can feel him shaking against me, can feel the damp heat of his forehead where it presses against mine. His breath hitches when I rock against his hand, and I swallow the sound greedily, my thighs trembling with the effort of not bucking against him like some fuckin.g animal. But then Luca’s thumb presses harder—just once—and my vision whites out, my back arching off the mattress as I cu.m with a sound that’s half sob, half laugh. Luca catches my mouth again, kissing me through it, his fingers gentling but not stopping, drawing it out until I shove weakly at his shoulder, oversensitive and breathless. He pulls back, lips swollen and glistening, and grins down at me like he’s won something. I kick him again—harder this time—but Luca catches my ankle and presses a kiss to the inside of my knee, his fingers still idly tracing patterns on my thigh. “That was amazing,” I mumble. Luca’s grin widens. “Yeah?” “Yeah.” I smile. I exhale sharply, shoving damp hair off my forehead. I hook a foot behind his knee and yank, rolling us both sideways until he’s half-pinned beneath me, the mattress springs groaning in protest. His laughter vibrates through my chest as I straddle him, pressing my palms flat against his ribs to feel them rise and fall, to prove he’s breathing just as hard as I am. “I like this side of you,” Luca tells me as his hands settle on my hips, thumbs digging into the divots there like he’s trying to memorize the shape of me. I lean down, brushing my nose against his, close enough to count his lashes. “I feel powerful when I’m with you.” “Good.” He whispers. “That’s how you should always feel, Tesoro.” I smile. I love the way he makes me feel so safe. “Your turn,” I murmur, and feel his breath hitch when I rock against the strained fabric between his thighs. Luca’s fingers flex, knuckles whitening against my skin. “Fuc.k, Sof—” His voice cracks when I drag my nails down his stomach, grabbing the waistband of his boxers. “Tell me,” I tease, echoing his earlier words, and Luca groans, throwing an arm over his eyes like he can’t bear to look at me. I nip at his wrist, tugging his boxers down, and his pupils are blown so wide they nearly swallow the blue. His chest rises sharply when I duck my head, tracing the length of his coc.k with my tongue, slow and deliberate. I have no idea what I’m doing. I’m going by instinct. That’s the best way. Right? Luca’s breath comes in ragged bursts, his fingers twisting in the sheets like he needs to hold onto something. I smirk against his hipbone, dragging my teeth lightly over the sensitive skin there just to hear him curse. His thick thighs tense when I finally wrap my hand around him, his groan guttural and wrecked as I stroke once, twice— The radiator chooses now to let out a metallic screech, loud enough to make us both jump. Luca barks a laugh, half-strangled, and I collapse against his chest, shaking with silent laughter of my own. Luca’s heartbeat thunders under my ear, rapid and unsteady. “You’re evil,” he gasps, tangling a hand in my hair. I kiss the hollow of his throat, tasting salt and satisfaction. “Yeah,” I agree, and reach for him again. Luca catches my wrist before I can wrap my fingers around him, his grip firm but trembling. “Wait.” His voice is wrecked, raw in a way that sends heat pooling low in my stomach again. He drags my hand up to his mouth, pressing a kiss to my knuckles—soft, incongruous with the tension coiled in his body. His lips linger, warm and slightly chapped. “Just—wait.” I raise an eyebrow but let him guide my hand higher, my fingers threading through his hair. He exhales shakily, his forehead against mine. His fingers tighten in my hair, not pulling, just holding—like he needs the anchor. “Grind against me.” My face flushes with heat. But I do as he told me. I straddle his waist and rub my puss.y against his hard length, making us both moan loudly. “You’re gonna make me lose it,” he mutters, the words half-laugh, half-plea. His hips jerk involuntarily when I rock against him again, slow and taunting. I trace the shell of his ear with my tongue, delighting in the way his breath stutters. “Good,” I whisper. “I want to feel you cu.m all over me.” I feel him twitch against me, causing my puss.y to flood with arousal. Luca’s groan is muffled against my shoulder when I move faster. Luca shudders, his grip on my hair and hip tightening just shy of pain. “Fuc.k.” His hips buck into my touch, uncontrolled, and I laugh, low and wicked. God, this feels so good! His skin is fever-hot under me, his coc.k heavy and slick against my puss.y. I move even faster against him, savoring the way his muscles jump when I lay my hands on his stomach. He chokes a groan as I lift so I can look at him. His hands fumble for mine, our fingers tangling together against the mattress like he needs something to hold onto. I kiss him, swallowing his moans, my rhythm never faltering even when his hips stutter, even when his fingers dig into mine hard enough to bruise. He cu.ms with a broken sound against my lips, his body arching under mine like a bowstring. I whimper as I cu.m again, still moving, drawing it out until Luca gasps and catches my waist, stopping me, oversensitive and trembling. His chest rises and falls rapidly, his skin flushed and gleaming under the moonlight’s glow. He blinks up at me, dazed, and grins. “You’re definitely evil.” I kiss his collarbone. “I would be anything you want me to be, Luca,” I tell him, and let myself collapse against him, our limbs tangling in the aftermath. Luca wraps his arms around me and kisses my head before moving to his side. I slip from his body, but not out of his arms. “We’re going to be just fine, Sofia.” He tells me. “You’re mine now, and I’m never letting you go.” I nod against him, unable to verbalize my thoughts. I think I’m going to like being Luca Vidal’s wife.
