Tarnon "When the f**k was she going to tell me!" Calissa's shouts could be heard throughout the corridors of the palace, which resulted with the servants and workers scurrying away to the far corners or a complete hiding spot. The anger residing in her body was creating a dangerous aura which everyone could feel, and was affected by. Faris had followed his sister out of his room, but he wished he'd locked the door so her anger wouldn't have been so known in the palace. She bee lined towards one of the many empty rooms in the palace, wanting to release her frustration. "She left out one of the biggest details that directly affects my life. She f*****g knew, I know it. Especially when I came home with Naya." Calissa had moved into the centre of the room and was searching for something, an exasperated sigh left her before she started to completely demolish the room. Faris and both their wolves remained in the doorway, not wanting to get in the middle of her anger release. It was 30 minutes later before Naya's head popped in through the window and Calissa looked up from her fit of anger. She immediately went over to Naya and just rest her head against the dragons. Faris had promptly moved from the corner to an armchair, righted it, and sat down. He knew that with both of her animals here she would be a lot calmer, and more rational. Lyla had moved towards her human and had started to nuzzle into the side of her, a sign of affection from wolves that is usually used to calm the other down. Naya made a small grunting noise and started to push her towards Faris, probably communicating that he needed an explanation for the outburst. She sighed as she moved to the floor and rested her back against the armchair, not wanting to meet the eyes of her brother just yet. "I've already met them." It was a whisper, and Faris had to strain to hear her but was confident on what she had said. "It was in the past week at the border, the camp that myself and Naya were watching. He had come down because we were stalking the soldiers, watching their every move and instilling fear in them for the shadows. It was at night, the night before I flew home actually, and he was just sat there at the fire. I didn't expect it. I don't think either of us had. But he turned around and I knew there was something there, something that was instinct." Faris had moved to the floor beside her and decided to pull her into his chest, knowing that sobs would most likely follow her reveal. "Do not tell me who it is. I don't think either of us want that right now, and I will let you keep this a secret until you deem it right to share." The siblings remained in each others hold until Tara pushed through the door. Her immediate reaction was surprise. That they were sat on the floor first, and then the hurt from her sisters eyes. She moved forward slowly and once Calissa closed her eyes pushed forward to hug her. No words were exchanged from any of the siblings but they remained in each others holds, finding comfort from their loved ones. --- Teresita was pacing a hole into the floor of the throne room. It was the last place anyone would look for her due to her hatred for this room, it was after all where her brother had decided to force her. A shiver ran up her spine at the thought and fear, but it was quickly replaced by the fear of the unknown. The fear of someone knowing the secrets she had kept for so long, and that someone being her daughter and Uther. Keeping the secrets for so long she had seemed to have forgotten about them over the past ten years. But with the new war coming their way it all resurfaced. "Do you want to tell me what is troubling you?" The voice came from the entrance and caused her to jump out of her skin. She didn't much like the person standing at the doorway but had to tolerate them. After all, he was somewhat important. Cylis was slouching against the doorframe now, staring into the woman's eyes. "No need to worry yourself about matters such as myself. Besides I thought I saw one of your women looking for you through the corridors." With a disapproving look, she had started to walk towards the entrance, wanting desperately to leave his presence. But that did little to disuade him, as he decided to walk with the kings favourite. "The w****s can wait. Besides, I want to know why your daughter, my dear sister, went on an anger filled rampage through one of the guest rooms earlier. She seemed quite upset. You don't happen to anything about that, do you?" Teresita did not falter even though the statement caught her attention, knowing that any fault would cause Cylis to remain at her side for even longer. Without a reaction from the Kings favourite Cylis stopped, and watched the older woman leave. Knowing full well he had hit a nerve, but letting her decide what to do with the information. --- The door to the now destroyed guest room was banged open, causing the three siblings to release each other from the hug. Teresita didn't expect to see the tear streaked face of her daughter, let alone others. She moved towards the huddle on the floor and sat in front of them, not caring about the broken wood and glass. Looking into her daughters face she saw sadness and hate towards her, two emotions she never thought would be aimed at her. Bowing her head and refusing to look into the eyes that are an exact copy of her own, she reached towards her daughter. But when her fingertips brushed Calissa's knee she recoiled, not wanting her mothers touch when she had kept such a big secret from her. Tara looked between all three fo her family members, wondering what it was that she was missing. She met her brothers eyes and they held a knowing look, he shook his head slightly and then aimed his chin towards the door. Knowing that his youngest sister would understand, he returned his eyes to the mother and daughter, not willing to let go of Calissa as he dreaded another outburst. As Tara closed the door, Teresita took a large intake of breath and looking like she was about to speak right before Calissa held up her hand. "Whatever you are going to say mother, save it. Whatever story you are about to weave I already know. We are the direct descendants of the first War God. The first ones to be back in the royal family in centuries. You knew of your lineage probably since birth, as does father, I'm assuming. What I truly want to hear coming out of your mouth is an explanation as to why you thought it would be okay to lie to your daughter. Your only child." Teresita moved to the bed and sunk into it, not truly ready to tell her daughter but not wanting to withhold anything anymore. "I found out the truth after your father and I were together. We were in the library one evening, enjoying a picnic at the big window, when I saw something on one of the shelves. A non-descript book that seemed to be calling for me, wanting me to open and read it. I didn't that night, but the next night I went back." She moved so she was lying down now, not willing to look at anything but the ceiling. "It had everything in there. All of our history. But when I found out I was pregnant it was a different story, one I didn't want to face. I knew that my child would be the beloved War God, that they would be known for it. I just didn't remember the trial." Calissa moved towards her mother's feet and lent against her legs. Neither spoke as they wallowed in what was revealed, not wanting to force more. Calissa didn't know what to make of all this, but she knew that nothing more could be done that day. Standing up, she pulled her mother into her arms and left the room. Moving through the halls, they went towards her mothers wing and settled into her bed. Lyla came and snuggled between the mother and daughter as Naya settled herself outside in the garden. All knew that more was going to be said and done, but none wanted to think about it today.
