Dr. Kay parks at the entrance of the hospital with the nurses and doctors already waiting for them with beds ready to rush them up to the ward. During the car on the journey there Dr. Kay notices the rapid deterioration in their health, both losing the colour from their skin and both drifting in and out of consciousness. They held hands and cuddled closely and every so often Dr. Kay would notice one of them have a slow tear rolling down their face. it made her heart break for them as she did her best to get them as quickly and as safely to the hospital as she could. They made the decision to put them both in a medically induced coma quickly apon arrival as Dr. Kay filled in the details David and Kelly had given her back at their house about the attacks that had been happening over the
