News of what the Riot Dykes did spreads like wildfire throughout the queer community; more women come forward with similar stories. There are many more stories like mine: their threats weren’t empty. People who fell out of line, or knew too much, or no longer wanted anything to do with them suffered consequences. And there are a few stories that sound more like Alicia and Dana: attacks on other people in the community. Dana and Andrea press charges. I name who I can. The whole thing rocks the l***q community, but because the Riot Dykes were so careful about hiding their identities during the attack, they all go free. * * *
