Sin’s POV
I hated this.
I had rushed to the starting point for kayaking but I was still late.
I couldn’t even curse at Michael and Chester because they were only doing their duties. I would have applied for the vacation if I had known that I would meet Emery here so that I could have more time with her.
“How long ago since they left?” I asked a black haired volunteer. She was walking around holding a clipboard so I assumed she would know. If they weren’t too far from here maybe I could catch up with Emery.
“Alpha.” She said startled. She didn’t say anything more but continued to stare at me so I tilted my head at her. This snapped her out of her stupor. “About 20 minutes ago. The course isn’t that long and the water is moving fast so they should be about half way down by now.”
