Emery’s POV
I looked around as I got to the head of the lake but Sin was nowhere to be found.
“Name please?”
I looked back as soon as I heard my name being called.
The black haired girl was carrying a clipboard so I assumed she was taking register of the people here. The group wasn’t as big as when we had done painting I assumed it was made that way so that it was easier to look over everyone since we were going out on the water.
“Emery Spark.” I said to her.
“Where is your partner?”
“I don’t think he is here yet.”
“We are supposed to start soon.” She said to me. “Is it alright if I pair you up with someone else?”
I didn’t want to but I also thought that maybe he was standing me up again. I couldn’t miss my chance to go out into the water this was one of the activities I had been
