"You chose me?" Jake asked, staring at me with a mix of surprise and happiness. His eyes were gazing into mine intently.
"Yes. You're the one that I'm in love with, Jake," I confirmed, lying through my teeth.
I stared at Justin from the corner of my eyes to see his reaction, but I didn't get any.. He had a blank expression in his eyes. Like, like he didn't care if I gave the throne to Jake.
Why?
Why doesn't he care?
"Racheal," Jackson called, and I turned to stare at him. He raised an eyebrow at me. "Are you sure about this? Is this what you want?” He asked, staring at me with concern.
“Yes Jackson.” I answered, gazing into his eyes, not blinking.
He stared back at me for a seconds, then nodded his head.
