Dear Diary,

I know, it's been a while since I've talked to you, but I have got so much to tell you now.  Jackie just found out she can bring people back from the dead.  Is that like cool or what? But she can't bring just anybody back from the dead it has to be the loved one of somebody that she really loves.  Confused much, so where we are first.  So, she brought back Grandma Carrie Valderez (Grandpa Carlos’ mate) and Aunt Denise too. Oh, but get this the Moon Goddess herself came and explained everything to us because well Jackie pass out from the experience and well we were all worried and scared and you know worried for her life but the moon goddess came she explains it all.  It was so freaking cool!  Anyway, so what it is she's got the ability to go bring back their spirit from the Moon Goddess and heal the body as long as the skull and chest plate is intact.  Being Jackie, she actually asked if she could bring back Great-Grandma Valderez for Grandpa Valderez cuz, you know, he misses her so much and she is a White Lycan like Mom, but it was a no-go on that.  It seems she can only bring back people who died of unnatural causes if they were killed by being poisoned, if they were stabbed, or there was an accident.  She can't bring back anybody who died of natural causes, so it means that sends great-grandma and great-grandpa died unnatural causes and she can't bring them back.  Plus without her mate, she wouldn't be able to sustain the energy it would take for her to bring somebody back to life who has been dead for that long. Even with her mate, the Moon Goddess that said she wouldn't be able to go bring back someone dead for that long because it's just happened too long ago, she said it only those that happened to pass in the in like the last 30 to 35 years could come back, which, you know, is about right.  It would be too weird to bring somebody back that's been dead for longer than that long.  Anyway, we found out the real reason Great-Grandpa Valderez died so young.  It was because he actually contracted with a good witch, who has now passed as well herself, to give some of his life force, or his age energy, to keep Grandpa Carlos alive until he hit age 13 and then he could shift so his wolf could keep him alive. It seems that because Grandpa’s older brother died before Great Grandpa and Grandma could save him they felt guilty.  So Great Grandpa was determined to do whatever it took to make sure Grandpa Carlos survived.  There was some curse about Lycan females can’t have pups with a normal wolf.   Everyone was so sorry he died so soon and that it was too young, as he was only 45 human years.  Great Grandma Valderez couldn't keep herself from feeling the pain of his death and she didn't last very much longer after he was gone just like 10 years or so.  Just long enough to meet mama and know that Carlotta (pooey-pooey) is a b***h poop.
