Ava's POV
Steam clings to my skin as Adrian shuts the water off, his hands already reaching for the towel. He moves slowly, patting the droplets from my shoulders, my breasts, my stomach, then lower. The fabric drags across my inner thighs and I feel the heat of his fingers through it. When he finishes, he lifts me into his arms without a word, carrying me across to the bed. My damp body presses against his chest, and the moment my back touches the cool sheets, his restraint cracks.
His mouth finds mine hard, tongue sliding deep, tasting every corner. I answer with equal force, fingers threading into his wet hair. He breaks the kiss only to look at me, eyes searching.
"God I miss you baby girl," he whispers, voice already rough.
"I'm here," I answer, cupping his face.
