***TEAGAN’S POV ***
As I drive back to the pack house in silence I hold Mason’s hand knowing he has learned so much that he has to process and I need to just be here if he needs me. I mind link Skylar.
“Sis I was wondering when I’d hear from you. Everything alright?” She answers and I see Mason look at me out of the corner of my eye since I’ve kept our link open so he can hear my conversation with her.
“I’m not sure how to answer that. Listen are you ok covering for me after the pack meeting for say 24 hours? I’m not leaving just need to have some time.” I say and feel Mason squeeze my hand gratefully.
“Not a problem sis. I got you.” She replies and we quickly discuss the few things I want to be interrupted for before closing the link right as I pull up and park in the garage. I shut
