Shocked

Hovig’s pov

“I was really shocked and speechless after what happened, but I could do nothing. I couldn’t help or solve anything. It wasn’t my business. I was sure, that if something was going to happen and your father needed any help, he would ask for my help and I was ready.

We were in the church and your father was the best man, your mother was hardly standing up but the priest asked for a chair for her after seeing her struggle standing on her feet. The wedding ceremony was over and all the guests were invited to a party in a very luxurious hotels restaurant, beside the beautiful pool. Flowers and candles were everywhere, everything was decorated with crystals and orchid, it was amazing, and your father was the one who paid as a gift to his closest friend. 

Everyone ate and danced and had fun, except your father and mr. Zadigian. Liana faked her every move, nobody noticed that except me, mr. Zadigian was struggling to smile and enjoy but he did. But your father was really upset and quiet. I was watching everything in detail, and because I knew things better than anyone else, I kept my eye on Liana. 

It was almost 2:00am when the music was cut off by your mothers cries. 

Your father held her in his arms and of course we followed and helped him to the car. Mr. Zadigian was running with us but your father stopped him bu saying:-“ what are you doing? Where are you coming? Go to your bride, we can handle this, this is your day, don’t be late to the airport and have fun you both.”

Mr. Zadigian stood at his place with Liana and we left, they were going to fly to Paris for their honeymoon for 10 days. 

We were at the hospital, and your mother was crying and shouting loud, hahaha your father was worried and was going to kill the doctor, because he couldn’t calm down your mothers labor pain, crazy man, the corridor was full of people, it was like, all the guests were waiting for you to be born, oh my God, what a day, then the ladies came close to your father and told him that, it was natural to have this pain, until your dad was convinced. 

Sevag… you were such a handsome, cute and lovely baby when you were born. We all loved you so much. Your mother cared for you a lot and she adored you. As you were your fathers precious gemstone. They both were in love with you. You were a happy  family, every family could become jealous of you, because you were just too perfect. 

Everything was going all right, mr. Zadigian and your father had reconciled, after your birth, and forgot everything, mr. Zadigian is a good man Sevag, his only mistake was to fall in love with your already taken mother, he promised your father not to make a mistake towards you or your mother, he said, that your mother was going to be like a sister to him, and he kept his promise, even though everyone know that he is still in love with her, even in her present situation. 

You were only few months old, when Liana got pregnant with Vrej and Meghety. You already know that you are only few months older than them. You all used to live in the mansion, as one big family, and you really were happy. 

I didn’t tell anyone what I heard in the wedding day, even after a year has passed, I really didn’t see or feel or notice anything wrong with Liana, so I didn’t want to bother anyone, until I witnessed another phone call. 

“The time has arrived, you and your men must be ready, get prepared and wait for my sign, I want her dead. I want to watch Kevork suffer, I want her dead, I want that kid to become an orphan, and Kevork to lose everything.”:- Liana spoke confidently and ordered harshly.

It was time to aware your father.

I told your father that I had to meet him secretly, and he never hesitated and met me in private.

I told him everything from day one. I assured him that, mr. Zadigian has nothing to do with this.

Your father didn’t want mr. Zadigian to know anything about the awful news, because he already wasn’t in love with his wife, and not happy with her but he was keeping his family under his arms for his twins.

He started to take control, he increased the amount of the guards, but everything he did to keep you safe wasn’t enough, because we didn’t and couldn’t know what was the plan. 

Only it was years later, after my researches I found out what happened back then. The day the car got exploded, it was only planned for your mother, but unfortunately your father was in it too, but thank God you weren’t. And your father was dead and you know your mother got paralyzed. That’s why in your fathers letter is written “your mother and I” it was supposed to be your mom, not your dad.

All these informations are only between 4 persons, your late father, your mom, my sister Garine and I, and now you. Everything mr. Zadigian owns is yours. 

Before anythings happen, your father and I had several secret meetings, he handed me many files and the letter that I gave you and the key. I don’t know what is kept in that drawer in the office in the mansion, but I know that is very important. 

You are here to finish you education as me. Zadigian told you. Forget its for the company and everything, because mr. Zadigian will hand the bigger part to Vrej as I think so, but you have to become powerful so that you can revenge. 

Vrej will take his fathers’s place if you don’t take everything you own. And don’t forget, he is an ambitious person with a strong passion for great power and authority. He will forget your friendship, he will never mind about your childhood and brotherhood. Vrej is a traitor, its in his blood. Zaven is different but Vrej is a threat for us.”

Sevag:-“what about Meghety?”

Hovig smiled wide and:-“ are you in love with her?”

Sevag:-“no, no. I am just asking about the third child, that’s all.”

Hovig:-“but she is in love with you…”

I cut him and said:-“…she is a sister to me.”

Hovig:-“I know, I know, don’t get mad, I just wanted to remind you her love for you. That might be a problem in the future.”

Sevag;-“ I can control that.”

Hovig:-“oh, by the way, one last thing. I know and I am sure that, your mother may become much better and even recover fully, if she gets the right medication, but as Liana is the one who is in control, and she is the one who takes care of everything, your mother is still on that wheelchair. Mr. Zadigian has no idea who caused the car explosion, he has no idea about your mothers health, his only mistake is taking your wealth and power to himself. 

We have much work to do son, you have to build your army, I already have build an army for you, but you also have to do some work by yourself. We have 3 to 4 years in Germany, you must learn a lot, you have to forget about entertainment, but focus on your future. Sure you will have fun but most of your time, is going to be learning and studying.”

“I am ready for anything you tell me I must do. You can trust me, and my father can trust me, I will make my mom walk, talk and hug me.” I said with tears in my eyes but I didn’t let them drop. I wiped my eyes and smiled smirkingly, confidently and devilish. My eyes turned into yellow and I began to draw my map to success. 

“Let’s begin our plan tomorrow.”:-said Hovig and patted my shoulder leaving me aline in the room.
