It took about a week for King Johannes to finally grant them audience. Delaying the crown prince of another kingdom was disrespectful but he seemed to not care. To keep his fury reasonable, Kon took his brother and Miriam around the city to interesting locations. They also gathered various types of information on their tour, arming themselves in case.
The Blue palace in particular was the residence of King Johannes himself. He received foreign dignitaries and lived there with his favorite consort. It was the most protected in the whole kingdom with security so strict, the foreign dignitaries weren’t allowed to bring weapons in.
