Chapter 5

Still playing the Xbox with Mike ..it was kind of fun and Mike was very easy to cooperate and talk to but he had that bossy tone. Beson was back from the factory and it was around 9:30pm.

Beson went straight to his office to get some things done before coming to bed, but I was kind of lonely and I wanted someone by myside. So I went into his office which was my dresser before and started disturbing him.

"Stop" I aimed my nerf gun at his forehead for the 4th time and shot him. I did a little mental victory dance for hitting him in the middle of his forehead.

"I'm serious Maria stop it" I aimed the gun at him. I am the champion of annoying people, I shot him again.

"Jesus if you do that one m-" I smirked before shooting him again. He jumped up from the seat and he started tickling me.

"Say the magic words" he said while we were on the bed.

"No Benson stop" I screeched. Tickling was my weakness, how he knew I didn't know.

"Please"

"Hmm" He put his finger to his chin pretending to think about it "nope, how about Benson you are the sexiest person alive"

"No way" My words were probably inaudible because of my laughter.

"Ok ok ok" He stopped momentarily waiting for my response

"Benson you are the sexiest person alive" He smirked and got off me.

"Say it" I screeched again as he went for another round of tickles.

"Why thank you I knew you couldn't refrain from telling me how sexy I am, none of the girls can" I knew saying it would go to his head.

"Yeah yeah believe what you want" I jumped back onto the bed and watched as Benson returned back to his work. We were currently in his office, I've been sitting here for some time and I am a little bit tired and stressed out, I think I just have to go to bed now since tomorrow will be another day at work.

But Benson wouldn't allow me out of his sight, because he wouldn't be able to do his work. He said he wouldn't be able stop thinking about me, I thought it was because of my good looks. But I quote "because I wouldn't be able to stop thinking about how much trouble you would get yourself into while you sleep alone"

So now here I am stuck in this boring office. I sighed loudly and threw my hands up in agitation.

"C'mon Benson I have to go to bed, I have work tomorrow and this is already 10:30pm" I said and watched as Benson gulped nervously, obviously hearing the rumours about me. But he continued to ignore me, agitating me more.

"Benson" I growled out, he looked up at me nervously.

"Fine I will get Dave to complete the work, while we go to bed hope you wi be happy the"he said but I growled at the mention of Dave's name.

"You can either get used to Dave or I continue my work here and you also sit there with me" Benson c****d his eyebrow at me.

"Fine" I ground out, I stood up and walked out of the office with Benson. Dave was leaning against the wall opposite the door.

"Hey Maria" As soon as Dave saw me he stood up from the wall and stepped towards me.

"Hey" Dave was actually good looking up close, not like I would be interested in him though.

Benson and I went into the room leaving Dave to complete his work. It was a good sleep with Benson by myside. Tomorrow will be so hectic since most of the children or should I say kids will be resuming school .

"Goodnight love" Benson said placing a kiss on my forehead. “Sweet dreams and also make sure you dream about me" he said smiling

“Goodnight Ben_'love'" I said trying to get to calling Benson love.

Waking up the next morning and hurrying to school (work) was kind of leaving Benson, i just have to work and earn for myself atleast. Benson is not my mate or my husbandz he is just someone who has been there for me for few days now and thanks to Ciara and her friend Rebecca who connected us together.

After the morning routine, calling attendance in the class and introducing myself to the class, I went for lunch with Ciara, Rebecca and Mabel. Then it was closing hours.

Ciara, Rebecca and I met outside the school and we decided to go somewhere.

"So what do you want to do today?" Ciara asked, I never really thought about what I wanted to do only that I wanted to enjoy myself and also can't wait to see Benson at home.

"Food, I am starving I realk didn't eat during lunch because tye work load was much" I replied,

"You want to do food or Benson" Rebecca smirked

"Oh c'mon, you know what I mean" I hit her arm playfully, he yelled in pain.

"Jesus Maria are you trying to kill me" She rubbed her arm where I hit

her. I don't know what the big deal is I hit her lightly.

"Stop being a little girl" We were now walking as we talked, heading towards the a restaurant.

"I know w-" I put my hand over her mouth, stopping her from saying another dirty joke. We had just arrived at the restaurant I walked over to the to the bar and sat down in one of the stools with Ciara and Rebecca.

It was a Chinese restaurant and we had to wait for a new meal which will be made in front of us, but since it is a pasta I hope it won't take long. We watched as the Chinese chef got out some pasta from his side and started to boil it. He got some tomato sauce and put it in another pot letting it simmer on the stove. He walked over and sat on the stool opposite me.

"It might take a while to cook"Ciara said while I nodded absentmindedly and stared out of the window. An awkward silence filled the air, only to be broken seconds later.

"Okay I have an idea. Why don't we play 20 questions to get to know each" Rebecca said and I could see the eagerness in her eyes, I thought about it for a moment. I mean I guess it couldn't be that bad. I nodded and a smile appeared on her face.

Ciara on the other hand was tired and she just place her head on the bar while me and Rebecca started our questions.

"Okay favourite colour" Rebecca asked first.

"Lilac" I rolled my eyes at that.

"PiNK" she rolled his eyes at me before replying.

"Wolf, duh"

"Favourite animal" she continued.

"And why would I tell you that"

"Biggest fear"

"Because it's a step closer to becoming best friends" she said in a 'duh' way.

"Yeah but you might use it against me"

"Tight spaces" I murmured

Why would I do that were friends" she smiled at me, a real genuine smile.

"Wait your claustrophobic" She all but shouted.

"Shhh someone might hear and yes I am" she quieted down after I had said that.

We continued our 20 questions until the food was ready, The Chinese man preparing the food served us and we all ate.

It was such a good lunch with Rebecca and Ciara, getting to know Rebecca better also gives me more confident about her cousin Benson. On getting to my apartment, I realized that ally stuffs were gone and Beson or his aide Dave and Mike his P.A were no where to be found.

At first I was confused and devastated, then I thought Benson and Rebecca played me all along. Just as I was about to call Ciara, I heard a quite footstep behind, and it was Benson. Just like my hip was restored.

“Hey Benson, where is the couch and all my things" I said looking at him confused

“C'mon my love, you know I figured out that this place was too small for the both of us and my work, so I have gotten a new house and everything in place" Benson said trying to calm me down

“Ben, don't tell me this is another joke or maybe a prank" I asked me trying to get answers

“You know the last thing I will ever do is joke around with you my love, so what you will do now is get into the car, then I will drive you to our new home and your surprise awaits you" Benson said holding my hands and we walked down to the elevation the to his Latest Ferrari la Ferrari, that was the first time am seeing him driving such an expensive car.

We got to Benson's new house, and indeed it was a surprise. Benson had 3 daughters, you heard me right '3 daughters and one of them was in my class' I was so shocked that I couldn't believe my eyes, but since Benson was my only source of protection and consolation from -Kaylden who happens to be my mate- I will rather take take of Benson's mother and kids than be will that wicked beast.

Benson's daughters are beautiful, I guess they got that from their mom. Penelope was his first daughter and she was 16years old in grade 11, while Malice was 14years old in grade 9. The last one is June, she is very beautiful and adorable and she happens to be one of the brightest pupil in the class. She is cheerful and always makes her friend respect other pupils in class, infact for me she is a very cute little poney.

“Hey girls, welcome your new Mom and the love of my life" Benson said introducing me to his family

”Hi aunty May, you are my new Mom, welcome to our house" June said giving me a tight hug

June calls me May, since she feels that the short form of my name. The other two girls welcome me but Malice had a problem I can't see. to figure out, but Benson told me to ignore her.
