Chapter nine

Sapphire's POV;

"Come in Sapphire," Cameron says after I knocked on his door.

He must have been in the bathroom, so I went to sit on his bed and wait for him. 

"You look, exhausted babe," Cameron says to me as he comes out of the bathroom.

"I am can we just curl up tonight?" I ask him.

"Come on then," he says getting into bed and lifting the covers for me to get in.

 After I got in he turns over to face me, I cuddle up to him and put my head on his chest he wraps his arms around me and kisses me on my head, it's the only way we can both sleep now.

The next morning I wake up in Cameron's arms he is awake watching me I give him a quick kiss then got up as I am helping mum in the kitchen today, I go to my room to get dressed, then go down for breakfast sit down next to Finlay. 

"Are you free someday soon?" I ask him.

 "Unfortunately I am busy for the next month," he says to me. 

"Ok, well I hope we can get sometime soon," I say to him.

I am almost finished my breakfast when Cameron walks into the kitchen he gets his food, then sit next to me. 

"Would you like to move some clothes into my room save's you from having to go to your room to get dressed?" I asked Cameron.

"I was thinking of asking you the same but I didn't want to rush thing's, I would love to move some of my clothes to your room," Cameron says to me. 

"Well, I will sort some out after dinner, and I think we are at that point we do sleep in the same bed most of the time," I say to him and he leans over for a kiss. 

"What are you two love birds up to?" mum asks us as she comes over.

 "I moving some of my clothes into Cameron's, and he's going to move some of his into my room after I have helped you in the kitchen, what are we making today?" I asked her.  

"We are making homemade bread as well as steak pie and some chicken pie," mum says. 

"I love you," I say to Cameron as I kiss him, I think I was lucky as I don't think he heard me.

"Where do you want me, mum?" I ask mum.  

"Could you get all the ingredients for the bread?" she asks me.

I go collect everything we need to make the bread.

"What's to do next mum?" I ask mum.

 "Would you cut the chicken and the beef ready to cook off for the pies, then if you could peel and chop potatoes, while I make the bread?" mum asks me. 

I sit next to her wail I am doing it, and we sit and talk and as we talk I realise that I am very much like her. We work well together, and the bread is rising before it goes in to cook, I have got all the potatoes peeled and chopped, mum is making the pastry made for the pies, and that is resting, and the chicken and beef are ready to put in the pies. So we sit and have a cup of tea together. 

"How are you settling in?" mum askes me. 

"I am getting used to how the pack works. It's like having a big family, there were only them and me, and we only ever saw the rest of their families at Christmas. I always wanted siblings I always felt like there was something missing, I am so glad to be back at my real home. I know this is where I am meant to be," I tell her. 

I told mum that I cant wait for school to meet new friends hopefully, only a couple more days till I start. I asked her does she think its wrong of me to fall in love with Cameron this soon. And what if he is not my mate it will break my heart and his.what do I do mum. She comes over to me looks me in the eyes and tells me that if my heart is truly meant to be Cameron's, then nothing will stop it. But I ask her what if he is not my mate. She asks me how does he make you feel when you are with him, and how does it feel when you are apart.

I tell her that when I am with him, he makes me feel like I am the only girl in the world. And that I was made to be his, and when I am in his arms that we are one person not two and I feel that without him I can't breathe, and when I am away from him I feel like a piece of me is missing like I am not hole. Mum looks at me and smiles and tells me that is what it feels like with your mate but stronger, so much stronger, it will hurt been away from him for a wail, but with time it doesn't hurt as much. Then my mum says that Cameron, my love is your mate.

We finish getting everything done before everyone comes in to eat, mum tells me that Brodie was right I am a hard worker, and when Cameron and I are mated, I am going to be a Luna not to be messed with when we take over the pack, just like Luna Peggy is now. So I asked her if she thinks we are going to be mates, without a doubt. Is all she says.

We get everything set up for everyone, When they slowly start's to come in, when Cameron walks in with Brodie they come over to see us when Brodie mess's my hair up, I quickly slap his arm, he says ouch that hurt, Cameron laughs at him then mum is laughing as well.

Mum tells me to sit and eat as with us cooking some others will clean up, I sit with Cameron and Brodie wail we all eat, I ask Cameron when we have finished eating does he want to move some of his clothes into my room, He said he would if I move some of mine into his, Brodie rolls his eyes and says why don't you both live together already and be done with it. Cameron tells him that he wants to wait till my birthday to see if we are mates then we will move in together. We both look at each other and smile at each other.

Dad walks in gets his meal and sits next to mum, he looks at her and says I must agree with you all the way, I look at mum with a puzzled look on my face when she says to me that its what we were talking about earlier, I smile at them and knew dad was linked to mum when we were talking. Dad turns to me and says well done as it was only mum and me in the kitchen making all of this, Brodie pips up and says don't eat it Sapphire has helped make it and push is he's plate away. When Cameron goes to take his plate and says he will eat it, Brodie pulls he plate back that's mine, and we all laugh at him.

I have finished my food and wait for Cameron to finish his food. Mum and dad had finished they walk up to me, mum says thank you for the help, and dad says you do us proud and he loves having me back and gives me a big hug and its one of those you just can't beat it, wail dad hugs me he whispers you both are meant to be. He kisses my cheek, and they both say good night to both Cameron and me.

Cameron finished we said good night to Brodie, then went to move some clothes into each other's room, Cameron said we could stay in my room tonight if I would like, I say yeah we can do so we go to my room first to make room for Cameron's clothes I get some of my clothes together then take them to Cameron's room. He gets some of his clothes and put mine away. Then we went to my room. I helped Cameron put his clothes away, then got ready for bed so did Cameron, we got into bed and sat and talked.

Cameron asked me what my mum and dad was on about earlier. I said that I don't want him to take it the wrong way, but I talked with my mum. About my feelings for you, I asked her if she thought I am wrong for falling in love with you. as I don't want to break your heart or mine. That's when mum said that if we were meant to be, we would be and then asked me how you make me feel and how I feel when I am away from you.

So I told her that you make me feel like I am the only girl in the world, and when I am in your arms that we are one person not two, and I feel like I breathe without you. And when I am away from you, I feel like I have a piece of me is missing like I am not hole. Then mum told me that is what it feels like when your mated but stronger, much stronger. I have fallen in love with you, Cameron.

I sat there letting Cameron let it all sink in, and then he looks at me in the eyes, we only sat there for maybe a second, but it felt like hours. Then Cameron spoke wail he had tears falling on he face I ask him if he is ok. He tries to say yes but couldn't it was like his voice had gone. He pulls himself together and pulls me into his arms. And says I didn't think it was anything like that. Then he said to me that he doesn't know what to say to that. Then he says to me that he loves me too.
