Chapter ten

The next morning we got up went and had breakfast then Cameron and I are going shopping in Vancouver for some Christmas presents. A birthday present for Ruby and an outfit for me for the party mum and dad wanted to have for us, we have a couple of weeks till Christmas, but it's the only time we have free to go to Vancouver. Wail we are going to Vancouver we are testing to see how far we can go and still be linked Ruby and I have never tested how far we can be apart. 

Cameron and I got all the way to Vancouver and Ruby, and I was still linked, I let the link go, but I could still feel her. Cameron and I did our shopping we went for some lunch, it was lovely just been Cameron and I with no other pack members around. After lunch, Cameron wanted to go shopping by himself and so did I I wanted to find him something nice are feeling for each other are growing every day I find him something amazing I have found him a bracelet that I can have his name put it on and wail they were doing that I asked them to put CK & SA FOREVER on the underside of it.

We meet back up then back to the boat to go back home,  when we got on the boat Cameron took the to the helm and pulled me on to his knee I put my arms around his neck, he puts one arm around me to hold me in place, I love being like this with him, I really hope we are mates. I don't think I could leave Cameron roll on my birthday. I am starting school tomorrow so that I will be getting up early, so I will be having dinner then getting all my things ready for school.

We get back, and Cameron takes his shopping to his room. I put my shopping in my room then meet back up with Cameron then go into the kitchen and have dinner Finlay and Brodie are sat talking, we grab our food then sit opposite them  Brodie tells Finlay about Ruby, and I got the better of dad and Raoul. Dad comes in and tells Finlay it's his time to go on patrol, so Finlay leaves to go on petrol. 

We finished eating dinner I ask dad if he is busy in the morning so I can get a lift to school, when Cameron said he would take me and then pick me up when I'm finished which was good as dad was on training tomorrow morning, I kissed dad on his cheek then one to mum.

then go up to my room with Cameron he helps me to find an outfit for school then I get my bag ready, I jump in a quick shower then into bed after I have plated my hair, Cameron jumps in a shower then we watch a film, and I am asleep on Cameron before the film has finished the next morning I wake with Cameron kissing my head saying I need to get ready for school

I have breakfast see Ruby she has a free day today so she won't, be there with me today. But I will do my best to make friends, as Cameron pulled up to the school I kissed him and jumped out of the car, I only had four classes to do till the end of February, I don't know how many classes I will have in a day till I get my time table, I walk into school to the reception and ask to speak to the head of the school, she comes out, and she is lovely. She asks me into her office, and it says on her door headmistress Mrs Stacie Norris. she has beautiful white hair and light blue eyes and she is six foot tall.

She asks me to sit down and introduce's herself, I go to do the same, and she says she knows who I am. Mrs Norris hands me my time table, and most days I have four classes and some I have three and every Friday I have one class. Mrs Smith, the receptionist, knocks on the door and tells Mrs Norris that Willo Richmond is here to show me around the school, and she is also in two of my classes.

Mrs Norris asks Mrs Smith to show her in, Willo walks in, and we introduce ourself then we both sit down. Mrs Norris asks Willo to show me around the school and to my classes, and she is more than happy to help. I have a feeling that we are going to be friends and my first class is with her, I say thank you to Mrs Norris and leave with Willo, our first class is maths, I am not to bad at maths, Willo says that if I need any help with maths homework, she is willing to help me. 

We get to maths class, and Willo introduces me to Mr Bill Ratcliff. He tells me that there is a spare seat at Willo's table with Willo and her friends, Willo introduces them to me first to Kiya Jones, then Nia Moon and Noira Lake. They all welcome me, we get down to our math's work and talk they asked me what classes I have I tell them I have English with Mr Jones, Chemistry with Mrs Comings, and then I have Biology with Mrs Jones. 

They told me I have Kiya and Noira in all of my classes, and I have Nia and Willo in maths and Biology. We sit and get all of our work done even with us talking they all are really friendly, Kiya askes me about Cameron and how things are and if I had managed to settle in to pack life. I tell them that they are the only real friends I have had. They were all shocked. I also told them that Cameron is my first boyfriend, as I never liked any of the boys where I lived before. 

Maths had finished, and I had Chemistry next so Willo and Nia went to their next class and I walked with Kiya and Noira to Chemistry, Kiya introduces me to Mrs comings, we all sat together again. Time started to fly by as we met up with Willo and Nia to go for lunch. Then Kiya Noira and I went to English I managed to sit at the table next to them this time, and I was sat next to conna. We were reading Emma by Jane Austen. I loved this book. Then the last lesson of my day is Biology with all of them, then out of nowhere Nia says we are friend with the next Luna. We all were laughing at the end of the lesson when Biology had finished, I said bye to them and see them at the packhouse later.

I find Cameron to get my lift home; it doesn't take me long to find him. I have missed him today when I get to him he picks me up and gives me a big bear hug. He drives us back to the packhouse when we pull up I see Ruby she come over and asked how my first day at school was like. I tell her that I had already made some friends, Ruby Cameron. I all go to the kitchen for a nice cup of tea, we sit at a table and tell them about Willo, Kiya, Nia and Noira, Ruby is happy that I have made friends with then as Ruby says they are a nice bunch of girls, and they are the girls that will do anything for their friends. 

We sit and talk for another hour when mum walks in asking about the party. She wants to go all out for our birthday as its a birthday that they never thought that they would have with me. So I tell her she can go all out for the party if that's ok with Ruby, even Ruby wanted it to be a big party with it been the first party we have had together since we were three. Mum walked off with a big smile on her face.

The next week and a half went by so fast I would get up go to school come back and do my homework and spend my evening's to spend with Cameron. And tomorrow will be the last day of school before Christmas, my first Christmas back with my family. Christmas comes and goes, and in just two days it will be Ruby's and my birthday what is when we find out if Cameron and I are mates and every day my feelings for him have grown I can't wait.
