Chapter eleven

It's Ruby's and my birthday tomorrow it feels like I have been waiting for this day forever, mum has sorted out everything for our birthday all the pack is going to be there as well as my close friends Willo, Nia, Noira and Kiya, we have spent every day together after school, Cameron was always with us and helped with homework if we needed. Then we all would play pool.

Cameron and I are spending the night in my room tonight as I can be near Ruby as this will be the first birthday together after fourteen years apart. But now after about six month's back together it feels like I never was taken, I have wrapped her present up and wrote her card, and I can't wait for her to see what I got her, It's getting late and I go for a bath then into bed to watch a film with Cameron. 

We cuddle up and watch the film, both of us are asleep before the film has ended, we are woken up by Ruby knocking on the door between our rooms Cameron shouts to come in, but just as she does I look at Cameron, and it slips out mate. I now know why he couldn't hold it in when he said it to me, Ruby jumps on the bed and says I know you were meant to be with a big smile on her face.

Ruby was about to pass me her present from her to me when there is a knock on my bedroom door Ruby jumps up to get the door it was mum. Then we hear mum say to dad that we are all in my room, they both came in dad was carrying our breakfast on a tray, mum had her hands full with presents, they came over and sat on the bed, mum looked at me wanting to know if Cameron is my mate and I said that he is. Both mum and dad were happy for us, Cameron is going to tell his mum and dad later that I have accepted him as my mate. 

Mum and dad gave us our present's and I gave Ruby her's, then mum and dad left us. Ruby took her food and present's and went into her room. Then it was back to just Cameron and me. We ate the breakfast then I opened all my present's, Ruby had got me the same as I got her a sister ring with the gems of our names as the dot of the I and in the ring was engraved with together forever I put mine on and opened the present off mum and dad. It was a box that had cards in it, and some little box's with them.

I opened the cards in the order they were in the box they were from all my missed birthdays. Every one of them had a note in with them. I managed to read three of them then Cameron read them to me as I couldn't read them with all the tears in my eyes, In their word's on how much they want me home and that they miss me they were all so heartfelt I am going to keep them forever, the box's had a ring a necklace and some pictures from when I was little. Then Cameron got up and ran me a bath for me to relax, and wail I was in the bath he was going to see his mum and dad about us been mates.

I got in the bath and just laid there for a long time Cameron had come back then left again after telling me he was going to get all his stuff into my room and Brodie and Benjamin was going to help him. The next thing I knew Cameron was knocking on the bathroom door saying that they were done moving. So I got out of the bath got dried and dressed then went into the bedroom and there were flowers everywhere Cameron came over to me took my hand and went down on one knee, I really didn't know this was coming, 

Cameron looked me in the eyes and said the sweetest words ever, he said Sapphire we may not have known each other for very long but the second I saw you I know you were for me you are my mate and forever mine, Sapphire Rose Anderson would up do me the greatest honour in becoming my wife and the next Luna of our pack. I was stood there knowing I wanted to say yes, but the words wouldn't come out tears were rolling down my face. All I could do was to nod my head. Cameron put the ring no my finger then picked me up into his arms and spun us around wail he was kissing me.

I knew from that point on I wouldn't love anyone as much as I love Cameron, then I heard him say that he felt the same, we had linked using our mate connection. We didn't leave the room for some time after that, but we walked out of our room a true mated, we had left our mark on each other and knowing we were both are first in every sense for the way. As we walked down ready for the party Cameron took us into his dad's office, and both of our parents were in there, Alpha Liam asked us to sit down we sat on the sofa together I was a little worried about what this is about. 

Then Alpha Liam just asked just if we were sharing the good news and he said congratulations on the engagement. I looked at Cameron. He said that he went to my dad and asked his permission to ask to marry me and when Cameron had that he went to his mum and dad and asked for his grandmother's ring that she lift to him for this reason. I looked down at the ring, and it meant so much more now.

We all stood up and went to the party I went to find Ruby so I could tell her myself, I linked with her when I got to Ruby I told her and showed her the ring, she is so happy for me we both had our rings on. We walked back over to Cameron. Ruby hugged Cameron. Then the DJ started playing music, so we all were dancing then the DJ said that the food is ready so we went for food. 

Cameron and I went to sit down then Ruby and Conna came and sat with us, then Kiya, Noira, Nia and Willo came to sit with us, and they saw the ring they were so happy for us. after we had finished eating the music we all got up to dance. After about an hour, Alpha Liam went up on stage and got everyone attention then asked dad, mum Ruby and me to go up on stage, and I pulled Cameron up with me. 

Alpha Liam said happy birthday to Ruby, and I then passed the mic to dad, and he made a big speech about Ruby, and I then thanked everyone for coming, then Camdyn and Finlay brought our cake out we blow out the candles and then cut the cake. Just as I was going to walk off stage, Cameron pulled me back and got hold of the mic. He put his arm around and then said to everyone that I had accepted him as my mate. Then told them that I also said yes to marrying him and that I am the packs next Luna. 

 Everyone cheered for us, then Cameron pulled me in for a big kiss in front of everyone my face went a bit red when he had finished the kiss. As we left the stage, the music started back up again, and everyone was dancing again, it was getting late, and I was ready for bed, so we said our good night to all our friends and family, and we went to bed when we got to our room we walked in. Cameron turned around pulled me into him and started to kiss me I had to stand on my tiptoes to kiss him back until he put his arms around me and picked me up off the floor and that night we became one again.
