Arthur's POV
I felt a tight knot in my stomach as I listened to Jeremy. He stood there, looking a little sheepish, but I couldn’t let that distract me from my anger.
"You were supposed to deliver my message to Julianne, how could you forget such a simple information, uhh? I don't understand what is bothering you that you get to forget so easily." I snapped.
“I thought I told her, I thought I told her that you sent for her,” Jeremy replied, his voice steady but unsure.
“You thought?”I scolded Jeremy. “You were supposed to tell Julianne my message!” I couldn’t believe it.
“I did tell her,” Jeremy replied, his eyes widening in realization. “She just didn’t listen.”
