Never felt such pain in my heart As it escapes through tears There is nothing left to gain Nothing left to control Stay in bed all day And night Overwhelming sadness Consuming everything Taste that beautiful steel Sitting beside you on that comforting bed Taunting, smiling Close your eyes and feel her presence That stranger, happiness She lost her meaning a long time ago A stranger caring Pain disappearing Anxiety finally relaxes No more expectations No more challenges and difficulties No more fears No more insecurities Forgotten souls finally escaping To never be forgotten again Loosing the battle with sadness Only to hope to be wrapped in her comforting arms To feel her warmth To feel her whisper everything is going to be okay All to do is wrap soft lips around that steel Happiness will overwhelme you with her presence That stranger, Happiness Her beautiful smile as she wraps you in her arms Whispering everything is alright Wrapping in that comfortable sorrow Eyes closing feeling at peace Tears follow around Wishing they spent more time with The only time life is celebrated is within death Laugh at their pain as they ignored you for so long. Never again will you feel such pain.
