(Aurora’s POV) Next morning, the sleek sports car came to a smooth halt in the college parking lot. Ian turned off the engine and glanced briefly at me. Unlike the previous day, I was more composed, my nervousness replaced by a quiet confidence. I opened the door and stepped out, adjusting my bag on my shoulder. “See you later” Ian said casually, his sunglasses in place as he leaned back in his seat. I nodded with a small smile. “See you”. Without hesitation, I turned and headed toward my building, my steps light and steady. I walked into the classroom, where Mia was already waving enthusiastically from her seat. “Aurora! Over here!” I grinned and quickly joined my friend. “Good morning! How’s it going?” Mia launched into a detailed account of her chaotic morning, making me laugh
