The Child of the Mafia.

"I can't be pregnant," she repeated over and over, pacing the floor of her shared apartment. "Aura! Snap out of it! Saying those words over and over doesn't change anything!" The voice that shattered her thoughts belonged to her flat mate, Diago, who had been harshly critiquing the situation. "Easy to say when you're not the one that might be preg-" she turned on him to lecture him before the soft beep of the kitchen timer went off and she grabbed the test up instantly. Two lines looked back at her. The same two lines the last three tests have shown. "Fuck." the mutter was heard by Diago, who remained silent. Aurelia threw the test away, washing her hands before grabbing her bag and her keys. "I'm going to take a walk to clear my head," she called to Diago who just watched her leave.  Outside, the air was so thick it nearly choked her. Covering her mouth with her hands as soft sobs slowly began to become audible.  Ducking into an alleyway, Aurelia began to sob uncontrollably, beginning to pace again. As the alleyway filled with the sounds of her cries, it drew the attention of a passerby. It seemed Fate herself had caused him to walk by then. The tall figure paused infront of the space, staring in at the woman who had spent more than one passionate night with him. "Aura?" she stopped immediately, she knew that voice. "Antonio?" she responded with relief heavy in her voice before she realized it was him that put her here. Walking towards his silhouette, her heart began to beat wildly, her cheeks so bright red it was pathetic, Wearing a tailored, dark red suit, and a silky white tie that nearly matched the silver of his hair. His flawless skin wrinkled with concern as he watched her. "What's wrong, My Sweet?" he asked her affectionately as he took her into his arms.  "I-I'm pregnant, Antonio." she whispered, afraid to meet his gaze.  She was right to be afraid, for what would happen next changed her life forever.
