Amelia POV
"So my mother......was the....... one who.... cursed .......Xander" Tears slipped passed my eyes.
Elder's expression told me that this was not the end of the story, even more, heart-wrenching events were awaiting me.
"Yes, he was not cursed by the Moon Goddess but by your mother. Amelia, look at the big picture. She did it to save everyone. We also didn't want her to do it but we were left with no choice." She sighed.
"So from the start you knew that Xander and I were mates but you watched me fooling around" I exclaimed.
"I knew that but what I dreaded the most came true" She looked away from me.
"What do you mean?" I asked.
"Though your mother cursed Xander, the vengeance of spirits did not vanish and they didn't disappear. We all were shocked and dishearted by this.
