Xander was talking to Nick when I stepped into the living room. As if he felt my presence, he stopped and turned around. His enchanting appearance took my breath away. With slicked-back hair, the fitted black tuxedo looked heavenly on him. He was wearing a scarlet tie to match my outfit. The way he was looking at me, I could say that he liked what he saw.
"The tie looks good on you" I complimented him.
He came back to his senses and turned around to pick something from the couch. Stepping close to me, he placed the crown on my head that he gave me on our last date.
"You look stunning, my love" he kissed me on the forehead.
