Amelia POV
I head back inside the mansion thinking of an excuse that I can use later while meeting Elder Caroline. I reached the living room but didn't see her there.
"She must be in her room" I thought.
I walked towards her room and knocked on her door. She opened it after a while.
"Where were you? I have been waiting for you for a long time" she questioned.
"I was about to come to you when Xander dragged me outside. He is the one to blame" I protested.
"Yes, I also want to talk to you about it. When did you find out about the mate bond? Why didn't you discuss it with me?" she bombarded me with her questions.
"I also find about it last night" I assured her.
"What are you gonna do about it? You cannot stay here. What about your responsibilities as Coven Leader?" she questio
