Chapter 6

I was walking down the stairs, carrying the last box from my room, when I felt a hand clamp down on my moth and my eyes. I dropped my box and was about to start a full blown fight when I got a whiff of the air. The twins. They were always sneaking up on me and playing tricks. In the pear that I had been here the twins and I had gotten very close. We were like brothers and sister.

I pulled Jaces hand off of my mouth and Justin's hand off of my eyes. I turned around and playfully glared at them. They put there hands up in mock surrender.

"You guys are so lucky nothing important was in that box." I said motioning to the box on the floor.

"Hey we were just trying to get you back for what you did to us last thursday." Justin said in defense. I laughed just thinking about it. I had snuck into there rooms while they were sleeping and blew a blow horn right in there ears. They were so startled that they fell out of bed and Justin ended up screaming like a little girl. It was hilarious.

"You have to admit, that was pretty funny." I said as I laughed. They both rolled there eyes at me and continued to walk to the front door. I picked up my fallen box and continued on with my journey to the moving van. I loaded my last box into it and set off to find Winston, we were driving there together.

I found him talking to Reed but as soon as I walked up to them they went silent, and I knew that they had been talking about me.

"Hi guys!" I said with a smile. Reed smile at me and Winston attempted to. I guessed that they had been talking about the marking thing.

"Hey babe. Why don't you go wait in the car. I just need to finish talking to Reed about something and ill be right there." Winston said. I raised an eyebrow but shrugged and walked off to the car. Climbing into the large SUV I turned it on and blasted the radio. One directions 'live while we're young' blasted threw the speakers and I started singing along at the top oft lungs.

'Let's go crazy, crazy, crazy till we see the sun. I know we only met but lets pretend it's love. And never, never, never stop for anyone. Tonight lets get some and live while we're young!' Before I could go all ninja on the rest of the song Winston hopped into the car, laughing at me because of my crazy singing.

The first five minutes of the hour long car ride was made up of me singing along, and horribly might I add, to songs on the radio, and Winston laughing at me. When it went on a commercial break I took the time to look down at what I was wearing.

I was wearing high waisted, red denim short shorts, with another cropped belly short. This one was all black and it had red hearts randomly slapped ed around. I matched it with red flip flops. I had straightened my hair and slightly curled it towards the end. I had in little mascara and light eyeliner. I honestly thought I looked good. I had decided the day before that I was not going to take crap from anyone, I was gonna put my foot down and show them the new and improved me.

A long hour and a half later we had arrived in the Full moon packs territory. It was a five minute ride to my old house were me and the boys had decided to stay, the pack house would just be to crowded and there was plenty of room at my old house.

"Are you sure your ok baby, you seem a little tense." Winston asked worriedly like the caring boyfriend he is.

"I'm fine hon. Just a little bit irritated to have to see them again, but I'll live." I replied with a smile. We stopped talking from there and we just took in the scenery, the beautiful tall trees, the wildflowers, the blue sky and everything else.

"Wow." I heard Winston mutter. I looked up and realized that he was wowing at the large house in front of us, my old house.

"Ya my family has a lot of money." I murmured back. We pulled into the drive way and I looked up at the large house, nothing had changed. Reed and the twins had already arrived at the house and were just getting out of the car. The front door to the house opened and out walked the two people I hated most, my brother and my mate.

*Josh's POV*

I sighed as I sat on my sisters bed, breathing in her scent, the scent that I miss more then anything. It had been a year since she left, a whole year, and I still miss her everyday. I regret everything that I ever did to her, said to her. The day she ran away had to have been the hardest though. I had gathered a few of my friends and we went out to look for her. Her scent led into the woods and ended at a stream, the water washing away her scent.

We searched for hours, and found nothing. I even called some of the neighboring alphas and asked them to keep an eye out for her. It may not have seemed like it, but I love my baby sister with everything I have in me. Her disappearance has been hard on me, but even worse on Jarvis. When I first read the note Acelynn left I was confused, why would she label it to Jarvis also, it just didn't make sense.

But I started to notice things about him after she left. He acted depressed, disconnected from everything and everyone. So one night I confronted him about it, he told me everything. How he rejected her because she was 'fat and ugly'. I was pissed and kicked his ass. And he's just gotten worse. He barely talks to anyone, he drinks to relieve the pain and sleeps with random girls. I know that he misses her more then he lets on, maybe even more then me. I hear him cry in his room every night, that's when you know something's seriously wrong, when your alpha cries.

Of course Adrianna doesn't give a crap about Acelynn. She just continues on with her w***e ways. I've changed since she left, I don't sleep around anymore, I take my life seriously, and I found my mate. Her names Lily, she's beautiful, and she has the kindest heart. She knows everything about Acelynn and is always there to comfort me when I need to be. I've become a better beta to. I take the position seriously and try to be my best. Acelynn's leaving has brought out the man in me, so in a way it's the best and worst thing that has ever happened to me.
