“So, what are we going to do for an hour?” Gary asked.
“The second propane site isn’t too far. Let’s do a quick check of it,” Tyler suggested.
Chief nodded. “That sounds good. However, the drone’s batteries are getting low. I’m going to swap it out while you figure out which way we need to go.”
He started entering commands into the onboard system, and the replacement on the roof powered up. After reviewing a diagnostic panel, he saw that everything was green and initiated the swap. The magnets that held the fully charged vehicle to the ORV’s roof released and the aircraft lifted into the sky.
