Chapter Six: Is this a Dream?

Elora's P.O.V.

It was just to good to be true. I knew once he found out I hadn't shifted yet he would think the same think Kai did. He's going to end up rejecting me. I just know it. I have to tell him now and get it over with. Maybe I should reject him to stop it before it happens and save myself the heart ache. "You don't know that Elora. And you better not even think about rejecting him either. OR ELSE! Give him a chance. Please. That's the least he deserves. It's the least WE deserve.Tell him what you want. Just don't reject him." I thought for a moment. "Ok we will do it your way. But don't ever threaten me" I said firmly to her.

Since trying to push away didn't work I just spoke. "Umm...We need to talk about something." He finally lifted his head and looked down at me. Now with both arms wrapped around my waist. "What is it Beautiful?" His words could make me melt, and his scent filled my nose. He smells like Rain and Blueberries. Its so calming and invigorating at the same time. "I, Uhhh..umm.." My mind went blank. I tried to looked away. But he didnt let me. He lifted my head slowly by my chin and looked straight into my eyes. "Tell me what's on your mind. Im listening." He said so smoothly. "You don't want me." I said to him and he gave me a confused look. "Ok..here it goes. You don't want me. I'm weak. I haven't shifted yet." I said feeling defeated. He made my eyes meet his. "I don't care. The Moon Goddess gave you to me. And I don't plan on letting you go ANYWHERE. At least not without me. You are mine and I am yours. Forever." He said without blinking. I couldn't believe it. He was being sincere and kind. This was what I had dreamt of. A mate who loves me unconditionally no mater what. I thought The Moon Goddess was punishing me for something when she gave me Kai. "Maybe Kai was just a stepping stone to make us stronger then we already are." Scarlett said cutting off my thoughts. "You dont understand how strong you are Elora. But you will soon enough. Now that we have our true destined Mate. He can help us achieve our greatest potential. A true Mate can only make you stronger." She added. "What do you mean 'our greatest potential'?" I asked. But Scarlett stayed quiet once more. Maybe I am stronger then I know. I was pulled back to reality when I heard Sam tell me something.

Sam's P.O.V.

She was quiet for a few moments after I told her she couldn't get rid of me. But she was smiling so that's a good sign right? I didn't want to let go of her. I looked down at her "Elora? My beautiful gift. Lets go get your things. You're going to move into the pack house with me." She looked up slightly confused. "Move into the pack house?" She said after a few seconds. "Yes. Unless you would rather sleep alone and away from me. Which I personally would not. I want you with me I won't be able to sleep unless you're next to me." I said with a smirk. She giggled "I dont know maybe you will survive the night" she joked as she started to pull away. "Oh i dont think so!" I said while I scooped her up and carried her to my rental. "Wait!" She said. "I've left my mom's car here for a couple days now. Maybe I can drive it home while you follow me? Then we can take your car from there to the pack house? And I have class later too." She said. "Yes beautiful you can drive it to your parents home. And as far as your classes we will talk about that later but for now no classes." I told her. "Then after we get to your parents house to drop off the car we will go to OUR home." I corrected her with a smile. She smiled back and I walked over to her car and set her down. We got to her parents house. We went inside and start packing her things. "Umm... I dont need anything other then clothes right?" She asked. "No you shouldn't need anything else. If you need it and dont have it, we will go buy it for you." I said as I walked up to her till she was almost against my chest. I kissed her forehead and let her continue packing. She decided that rather than call her parents and explain everything right now. That she'd just leave a note on the fridge. On the note she vaguely explained she found her Mate and she has moved into the pack house. She made sure to ask that they call her once they got home. She signed her name on the bottom 'Love Elora'. We put her things in the back of my rental car and we were on our way home.

Elora's P.O.V.

We just left my parents home and I am extremely nervous. I know that the ranked members live in the pack house. So that means Sam's parents and family also live there. Oh goddess I don't know if I am ready to meet his parents. Looks like I don't have a choice now. I can't just avoid them, or maybe I can? Will they hate me? Will they approve even though I'm not a ranked member as well? What if they think I'm weak like Kai thought? What if Kai tells them I'm weak? No I can't think that way. "We need to stay positive dont let anyone get in your head but me" Scarlett said making me giggle. "Good one Scarlett...and you're right. Thank you" i said to her. She always knows just what to say to make me feel better. Maybe it's because we share one mind and she does in fact know what I need to hear.

After about a 15 minute drive into the territory we got to the pack house. If you could call it a house. It was a castle! And it was huge! It had a giant gorgeous lawn that may as well be called a meadow because of the size. It was all freshly cut green grass. Then right at the edge of the lawn there are the tallest trees. And just over the trees you can see the Mountains with snow still on them and beautiful white clouds floating just above the Mountain peaks. I'd never had a reason to come to the pack house before. I never came to the events because I've never really been one to go to dances for feasts. Sofi has gone before but she was with a date, and I wasnt trying to tag along at the time. So I just never went. To see it for the first time was incredible.

We pulled up to the front of the pack house. "You're not going to park the car?" I asked. "No Beautiful. We have people who work for us here that take care of that." He replied with a smile. I loved how he called me beautiful as if it were my name. He got out of the car, came to my side and opened up my door to help me out. He's such a gentelman. I went to grab my bags from the back seat but he didn't let me. "I dont think so." He said as he grabbed them. "What do you mean its my stuff I can carry it." "And you are MY Mate. And I'm not going to have you carry these to our floor." He said firmly. "Our floor?" He couldn't mean that. "Yes we have the 4th floor to ourselves." I looked at him in shock "Seriously?" I said. He just laughed in return. "Well lead the way.." I said smiling at him. He was looking down and his eyes slowly started to move up. His eyes moved up my legs and over my body until his eyes met mine. His eyes were filled with lust. I felt a tingle run up my spine. My heart started pounding.

At the blink of an eye Sam scooped me up in his arms while still carrying my bags. "Hey what are you-" he cut me off before I could continue. "Well you don't know where we are going exactly. So I figured I would carry you to our room so you could unpack." He carried me past the two huge entrance doors and passed an elevator. "Aren't we going to take the elevator up?" I asked. "No we aren't. I want you in my arms right now." And without another word he ran up the stairs with his wolf speed. Once we got to the 4th floor Sam looked me in my eyes and said "we're home beautiful."

He opened the door to our room and it was huge! The bed had to be bigger than a king size bed. It had black silk sheets, and the softest blankets and pillows. There was a fireplace on one side with a seating area that looks so elegant and comfortable. The bathroom had a beautiful 4 legged bathtub and a walk in shower that had a rainfall showerhead. And lastly he showed me the walk in closet. It was almost as big as the bathroom. It was amazing it was like each side was built to mirror the other. They were exactly the same and at the end of the closet was a laundry chute that led all the way down to the laundry room for the working omegas in the pack house to clean.

Sams P.O.V.

I showed Elora to our walk in closet and showed her her side. "Umm...Beta Sam our clothes won't get mixed up with others when we throw them down the chute right?" What did she just call me? "No gorgeous all the clothes won't get mixed up with anyone else's because each floor has their own laundry chute so that problem could be avoided." I told her while walking up to her till we were just about to touch. I grabbed her by the chin and had her look up at me. "Dont EVER call me Beta Sam. I am your Mate. You are my gift from The Moon Goddess. Im not going anywhere. You are stuck with me. So there's no need to be formal. Do you understand Beautiful?" I said firmly without breaking eye contact with her stunning blue eyes. "Yes handsome..." She said nodding and not breaking eye contact. "Good" I gave her a kiss on the cheek causeing her to blush. Goddess, why is shes so perfect? "So tomorrow we will be having a feast to celebrate the treaties with our allies. Although it is a feast it's still a formal gathering. Do you have a dress for tomorrow? Or would you like to go buy a few instead?" I said smiling at her.

Eloras P.O.V.

A formal gathering? Tomorrow? I have nothing to wear and I don't have money. I don't want to spend Sam's money! Uugghhh! I have the worst luck! "Ummm...well... I think I have something that can pass as formal." I said nervously. "Why not get a new dress?" He asked. "I...uhh. I ...dont have enough money for a nice dress..." I said embarrassed. I could feel my face getting red. Sam looked at me. Without another moment passing he grabbed my hand. He started leading me back the way we came. "Where are we going?" I asked him."We're going to get you some new clothes and not just dresses." He said. "Sam no.. Im not comfortable with you spending your money on me. Please no." He stopped right then and turned to face me. "Im sorry Beautiful but that's something you will have to get used to. I have been waiting for the day that I could spoil my mate. And I have been waiting for years. So just accept it because we are going." He grabbed me and tossed me over his shoulder. "SAM WHAT ARE YOU DOING! SLOW DOWN!" I yelled at him laughing as he ran back down the stairs with his wolf speed.
