Jeffrey is a young man born into the family of Mr and Mrs okonkwor , his parents struggle to. meet ends need , he has one sibling, his parents worked really hard to put food on the table but most at times no food to eat so the go to bed hungry, his parents managed to see him through primary school and sent him to acquire a skill. Jeffrey is now acquiring the knowledge of repairing big engines, he was determined to make it in life as to help his family. he struggled to meet up with going to work sometimes he won't eat to work but he was determined, his master love him so much, when he noticed the condition at which Jeffery is going he had to take him to live with them. Mr And Mrs Smith took him like there own son he was okay but the thought of his parents was his major concern Two years on he freed from his apprenticeship and went in search of work, he went to port Harcourt and got a job in one of the big companies. his parents were happy when the news got to them the praised God for prayer answered. Jeffrey started caring for his family built a house in the village ( two bedroom and attached self-contained for himself. he moved his parents from rented apartment to the two bedroom well furnished gave them money and went back to the city. many years past he opened a big retail and wholesale shop for his mother Beatrice and a plastic shop for his father they were living happily one day on his way back for work and accident occurred and took his life but his mission on earth was not fulfilled, Jeffrey came home and ask his mother to give him food that he is hungry, his mother hurriedly prepared him something to eat as he was eating his mother went back to her shop when she got a call only to be informed that her son was dead. she replied the caller to stop talking nonsense that her son is at home eating so she never believed. in the evening when she got home when she went home, she found out her son is no more at home she called her husband and told him about the news that got to her earlier .the next day they set for port Harcourt when the got there they found out that the news was true, it was a huge blow for the couples they both wept bitterly they had to take his body home for burial. his parents mourned him for months each time she sees her son's friends she remembers him and she will start crying again her husband will console her but she also have somebody to still hold on (emeka her second son). The company he was working never knew he was dead because he has been going to work till date . his company transferred him to Lagos he left Port Harcourt and resumed work immediately he lived in Lagos for a space of Three years and met a girl called chinedu the both started going out getting found of each other he loved her and asked her to marry him. she agreed after the marriage he had to give her rules that would guide them in the house rules number one bones of any kind should not Peirce his leg, there children should not urinate on him and lastly she should not wash the dishes used in eating unless the next day and that was how they lived he had three children with her two boys and a girl. he was extremely rich he made savings for his children's future opened accounts for each of them transferred huge amount of money into each of the accounts that can enable them establish a sustainable business for themselves. After several years his character started changing giving his wife reason to be worried and she started monitoring him but the more she try the more she fail as he knows every move she takes even if he's at work, this is strange that she had to tell her friend. her friend advised her to convince him to take her to his village to be sure of something, she agreed and told her husband she wants to know his place but he always know how to calm her , he spoils her with gifts that she wouldn't remember of the topic of going to maternal home. time passed and it became a major worry for her that even the gift could no longer entice her anymore and she persisted he tried to convince her to stop but she refused. He became tired, when his wife has gone to her shop he left a written note on the bed for her narrating his story to her gave her the address to his father's house drop a picture of his early life and the picture he took together with his wife and children on the 23rd of December 2009, she took her children and set to know the truth on get to the village asked people for directions she got to the house, she was welcomed and taken proper care of, then the man asked who she was ,where she was from because he never saw her or know anything about her, she bought out the picture of their son and asked if they know him, when his mother saw the picture she wanted to cry but her husband held her firm, chinedu then narrated her own part of the story and told them the children that were with her was their grand children and she was still heavy with another pregnancy they stayed for the Christmas but never enjoyed it because all were sad . Mr and Mrs okonkwor were happy though because they have something to remember there son with.
