19 A SUDDEN CHANGEMichael missed breakfast, but the others had gone into work long before he got up. There was an email from his wife thanking him for his visit and hoping that they had arrived home safely, which he answered immediately to put her mind at rest, and there was one from Mark to inform him that the 360 and the Caterpillar Commander had arrived the afternoon before and that he was beginning to level the site. He replied to that one as well to encourage him to keep sending them. Then he phoned Roger to ask him if there was anything he wanted him to do.
“No, not especially. Just keep on top of things and keep us informed. As far as we can tell, everything is going according to plan. We just need to ensure that it stays that way. Don't forget that everything that gets done before
