Chapter 23: “The Sad Ballad”

1981 Words

"How was your trip to Nashville?" I asked Leonardo once we were on the plane. "It was good, although it would have been better if I had a personal guide to show me all the most important places in Nashville," he said, looking at me. "We could go back another day and show you everything you want in Nashville," I smiled at him. "We'll definitely have to go come back, I'm dying to meet your family." I laughed a little nervously. "By the way, were you able to resolve everything?" he asked, a little worried. "Yes, I don't think I'll need to go back to Nashville for a long time," I said almost in a whisper. After this trip to Nashville, the only thing I learned is that if I really want to be happy, I shouldn't visit my father again. I don't think I'll go back home, not to visit my father.
