One sleepover led to the next, which led to the next. Right before Halloween, Charlie grumbled that since he had two beds, he never knew whether he was coming or going. That kind of applied to Rick and me, too. Were we coming together as a couple? Or were we going along for a fling? The citizens of Sidetrack had been speculating about us for months now.
