chapter 21

piper.

it's been a busy week, with sadie starting school, me working and neal and kevin officially signed the paperwork on the new shop.

as promised neal went with me to drop sadie off at school and he's actually gone with me everyday this week. the first day I cried because she just went off to play and didn't look back which I guess is good but was still hard for me.

neal asked 2 times the first day of i thought she was okay and then the second day while he was out doing his business he called to check on me and to make sure she was okay. it's so cute how much he cares for her and I find it so funny at the same time. he's such a big guy, and for him to be so worried about her being in daycare is kind of funny to see. my parents are also a little sad that they are no longer watching her while I work since neals been staying here, I leave after she falls asleep and he stays with her. at first I was a little worried but my mom told me I need to relax a little more because he obviously loves her. either way I called him alot the first couple of nights which had him teasing me.

today Maddy, addie and me are going shopping for clothes to wear to this party tonight. maddy says I have to look sexy and addie is all for that. me I'm not so sure. I also need to find him a gift.

" alright girls what are we thinking of wearing?" I ask looking at them both and they both smile at me so I know I'm in trouble

" okay first of all you are the birthday boys ole lady so you have to look extremely hot but your also very classy so we don't want you to look like a slut" Maddy says

and I breath a sigh of relief at least she isn't going to try to make me wear something to bad.

addie nods agreeing

" and I have to find something some what slutty so maybe I can get lucky with a biker guy myself" she says and maddy and I laugh

" well snake will definitely give you what your asking for" I wiggle my brows at her and she blushes I think she maybe crushing on him more than she lets on.

we're walking around and maddy has found herself I cute dress that shows off her bump and addie had found a really tight red dress that shows off just enough. as for me I've turned down everything they want me to get.

maddy squeals and addie joins in I look over raising a brow

" should I be worried?" I ask

and they both laugh and maddy shoves a black dress towards me.

" this! this is it!" addie says excited

I take it to the dressing room as I slip it on it's not too tight but hugs my curves more than I'm used to and has really tiny straps.

" guys im gonna need something to go over this"

I hear them groan but not even a minute later something is thrown over the door so they knew I'd be asking I laugh at myself.

I pull on the cheetah print lace cardigan.

I look at myself in the mirror and smile, the dress is a little short but with the cardigan it isn't as bad.

" put these on"

I hear from outside then a box is coming from under the door. shoes.

I open the box and find black heels

" guys im gonna break my neck"

I hear both if them groan again

" come on let us see!" they both say and I step into the shoes and slowly step out.

addie whistles and maddy squeals

" yes this is it! gunner won't know what hit him!"

maddy says and I of course blush looking down

" guys don't you think it's a little much it's just a birthday party"

they both wave their hands at me and I roll my eyes.

" just wait until we get ahold of your hair and make up" addie says

" yes! we're gonna bring out the badass b***h we know you are!" maddy says

and I try my hardest not to groan out loud because I know they are trying to be nice.

I go back to change and my phone rings bringing a smile to my face

neal- hey baby girl how's shopping?

Piper- uh you know just torture but the girls seems to like this outfit so I guess I'm about done

neal- mm well that explains why you haven't used my card yet.

I roll my eyes even though he can't see me

Piper- I told you I can buy my own clothes

neal- kitten

his voice has changed to the deep voice that he knows does things to my body.

piper- daddy.

I say trying to mess with him. I hear him groan

neal- kitten it's my birthday play nice.

piper- yes sir. I'll use it at lunch

I know it's not nice to tease but he makes it so easy and he is always teasing me. I hear him let out another groan

neal- f**k piper you know I'm here with the guys

I giggle

piper- you started it

neal- be safe babygirl, use the card please for me.

piper- I will.

neal- I love you

I can hear the guys teasing him in the background

piper- tell them to hush I have one of their wives with me and I'll get her on them!

I hear them all laughing as we hang up.

I finishing getting changed and go out to find the girls.

maddy helped me pick out a new tongue ring for neal because I had no idea here to even buy them. I also got him a new watch and a few shirts that I think he'd look nice in.

now we're sitting down for lunch before we go get sadie to hang out with her before time to get ready.

" I think chips and salsa is my first love"

I say and the girls laugh

" I'd have to agree with you. it's all you ever want!"

I enjoyed hanging out with just the girls. after we hung out with sadie and my parents for a few then we went to my places to get ready.

both of them look so beautiful with all their confidence. maddy's little bump showing she's glowing, I can't wait to find out what they are having.

I haven't looked at myself yet, Maddy did my make up while addie did my hair.

" addie do I need to warn snake?" I ask and we all laugh

" hey i never said all this was for him" she responds making us laugh more

" yeah okay. maybe you'll be the one to make him settle down" Maddy says

and I notice addie blush. hm she may actually be into him.

" okay your all done" addie says

and I look between the girls who are smiling like crazy. oh no this may have been a mistake I think to myself. I turn and look in the mirror, my hair is curly everywhere and falls perfect to frame my face. my make up is a lot more than I'm used to they addie a smokey eye look and some dark red lipstick.

" you guys sure this isn't too much?"

I ask nervous of neals reaction

" too much what? girl you look hot!"

addie says slapping my ass. I roll my eyes

and they both hug me

" trust us we wouldn't let you walk around look a fool. don't let that don't creep into your head"

addie says and I nod. I'm trying hard not too.

when we walk in there's already people everywhere and alot of girls are basically in swim suits walking around and dancing. must be the bunnies I'm not really sure. they've turned the whole area into basically a bar, there's booths and a bar and a dance floor. I scan the room looking for neal trying my hardest not to throw up because if nerves when my eyes find him I can't help but smile. he's wearing a cut off with his cut showing off his arms. jeans and boots, and his hair is down he has a drink in his hand and a big smile on his face as he's already walking towards me.

" breath honey" addie whispers behind me and I let out a breathe I didn't know I was holding, why am I so worried about how he's going to react?

as soon as he makes it in front of me he wraps one hand around my waist and the other cupping my face as he kisses my lips, I can taste the whiskey on him and I love it.

when he pulls he doesn't let go of my body as he looks me up and down

" hot damn little mama are you trying to give me a heart attack?" his voice is deep sending shivers down my body

before I can respond the girls giggle behind me

" your welcome" addie says and he doesn't take his eyes off of me

" I see y'all had a good day?" he says and I nod

" you?" I say because it's all I can make come out of my mouth and he smirks at me

" just been drinking with the guys."

out of the corner of my eye I see Kevin wrap his arms around Maddy kissing her and giving her a compliment while he rubs her bump looking happy and snake trying to flirt with Addie.

" happy birthday babe"

I kiss his cheek

" thank you darling but it just got a whole lot better" he winks at me making me blush.

we go around and grab me a drink and he introduces me to some of the others.

the girls and I decided it was time for a dance so we leave the guys sitting while we go.

I've missed my girls all day but I know they are both having fun, piper with her friends d pea with her grandparents.

I had a few drinks with the guys while everything was being set up and blade starts asking questions

" so when are you gonna put a ring on it bro?"

I raise a brow at him and down my shot

" don't want to scare her off by moving to fast"

he shakes his head.

" she's looking for commitment not just shacking up because you said you'd buh her a house.

damn i I guess I never thought of it that way.

as I'm trying to clear my head the doors open and in walks my girl. hot damn I don't think this night can get any better.

as I walk around introducing her to a few people I notice some of their eyes wondering over her body so I make sure to keep and arm around her at all times. they need to know I'm still the prez and will kick their asses if they mess with mine.

out of the corner of my eye is notice Matthew is here, Maddy must have let him know about the party. hell there's alot of people here if I didn't hate his guts I wouldn't have noticed him. I know the only reason he's even here is to get under my skin because he hates the bikers.

the girls decided to go dance while me and the guys have a couple drinks.

" you hooking up with Addie or what?" I ask snake and he shakes his head with a sigh.

" man I've asked her if she'd be down but she keeps playing hard to get." we laugh at him because we know she's got him wrapped and he didn't even realize it.

I watch the girls dance well really just piper and f**k me if she's trying to kill me tonight.

watching her ass move and her legs in those heels is almost to much for me to handle with out dragging her some where and taking what I want. I look around and I notice alot of the guys are watching the girls. yeah there's half naked bunnies running around but there's nothing like our girls. this pisses me off a little more than it should. I also notice Matthew at the bar drinking and watching them.

blade notices my eye sight

" sorry man didn't know he'd show up. maddy just told him we were busy tonight"

I shrug

" she's already turned him down once" I say drinking the last of my drink and setting it down.

he chuckles a little because he knows me better than that he knows if kick his ass If he gets to close to what's mine. this isn't like Zoe.

I get up and make my way to piper and places my hands on her hips she jumps a little at first but then she realized it's me and turns her head and smiles

as we're dancing in whisper in her eye

" shoes stay on tonight"

her body responds to me the way that I love and my grip on her hips tighten as she moves a hands backwards into my hair

" whatever the birthday boy wants"

she says back batting her lashes like she's innocent

" your making things very hard for me kitten"

she turns and continues dancing

" i have no idea what your talking about"

she moves her hands under my cut on to my chest

it's gonna be a long night I think to myself
