Maybe I should just give her a trial, let me just call her to say hi‟. Paul was contemplating on

whether to call Funke or not. Paul later dialed Funke‟s line.

„Hello sis. Funke‟.

„Hi, Bro. Paul, how was your day sir‟?

„It was fine ma and yours‟?

„It was nice also‟.

„I really enjoyed the way you minister in the youth program yesterday. God bless you ma‟.

„Amen sir thanks so much‟.

„You are welcome, Have a nice day‟.

„And you too‟.

Paul ends the call and thought within himself that was good for a start.

„Hello Bro. Paul, good afternoon‟.

„Good afternoon daddy‟ Paul replied.

„Concerning what we discussed the other day, can you tell your friend to see me‟?

„Okay sir, definitely sir, he will come to see you sir‟.

Immediately the pastor drops the call Paul dials James number.

„Hi bros, how are you doing‟?

„I‟m fine and you‟? James answered from the other end.

„I don‟t know if we can hang out this afternoon‟?

„Alright, but let‟s make it 6pm‟.

„Okay, see you then‟. Paul ends the call. Paul and James hanged out in a restaurant; Paul took

a chicken pie and soft drink, while James took soft drink alone.

How was your day Bro. James‟? Paul asked.

„My day was awesome and yours‟?

„It was cool‟. James answered in a cheerful manner.

„Have you been called back at the place you went for the interview‟? „No, I haven‟t been

called, but I know God is in control‟.

„God will definitely make a way. That by the way the major reason why I asked us to hang

out was that, the other day we went to the prayer mountain. During one of our prayer sessions

God showed me a trance, but I didn‟t understand what I saw then. So when we got back

home, I went to see my Pastor and I told him about it, so he called me this morning that you

should come to see him‟.

„Okay no problem, I will go and see him. When did he ask me to see him‟?

„He didn‟t give a day but when you are ready to go I can help you book an appointment with

him‟.

„No problem, thanks very much‟.

„You are welcome and that for that‟.

„What again‟.

„Well, I‟m looking forward to propose to Sis. Funke‟. Paul said cheerfully.

„Wow, am so happy to hear that, when do you intend to do that‟? James asked with a lot of

excitement.

„I will talk to pastor concerning that first; anything he says would be my way forward‟.

„Okay that‟s nice, I know you will have to pray concerning it, before you come up with such

decision?‟ James asked, with a question look.

„Yes, I‟ve been on it for a while now, I have taken my time and I‟m sure that God is leading

me to her‟. Paul answered with so much of confidence in him and boldness.

„Okay that means this call for celebration‟.

„Haaba, bro. calm down I just want to propose. I don‟t know what the pastor will say

concerning it yet, and I don‟t even know her plans. What if she turns down my proposal, or

can‟t she?‟

„It‟s sealed already‟.

„Okay o, if you say so‟. Paul said.

They both continue with their drinks and snacks.
