Chapter 1

"Luca you bastard I'm going to kill you" I screeched at him. "It's not my fault your crazy. I still don't get how you managed to shave my eyebrows last summer" Luca shouted back. Luca decided it would be nice to put purple hair dye in my shampoo while I was sleeping. I mean just because I shaved his eyebrows off last year doesn't mean he gets to dye my hair purple. "You better watch out cause I am so getting though back for this" I said smirking. I went back into my room to finish getting ready for the huge summer party we have every year at the beginning of summer. This year it's suppose to be epic because the summer house just got remodeled. Dad wants it to be a surprise. While I'm getting ready I look at myself and only see my mom. I splash water on the mirror and with that the illusion is gone. I shake my head knowing it wasn't real. I knew she died because of me. Everyone knew. I find my self holding one of the only pictures I have left of her. I look at the picture of mom pushing me on the swings. She had olive skin and soft curly black hair. With electric blue eyes. I look exactly like her except for the eyes I have blue-green eyes. I didn't notice I was crying until I saw water falling onto my picture.

I wiped the tears away from my eyes quickly and rushed to the bathroom to shower again. I quickly stripped down and I showered as quickly as I could or else I'll be late. I was not going to miss breakfast especially if dad is cooking. I quickly rummage through my closet and find a black pair of jeans and a cute blouse. I slid on my undergarments and quickly put on my jeans and rush out the door. I dashed down the stairs and pushed Luca off of the chair. "Hey. Dad Allie pushed me off my chair" Luca whined. "Allie save it for the training field... oh my God what happened to your hair!" Dad said. "Luca over there decided it would be nice to put hair dye in my shampoo!!" I made an effort to reach Luca but dad got in between us separating Luca from my wrath. "Allie you started it when you shaved his eyebrow off last summer" Dad pointed out. "But that was last year" I countered. " What about the time when you got a cow into my room or the time when yo-" "I don't remember asking for your opinion Luca" I snapped. I ignored whatever else he had to say and sat back down in my chair and ate my breakfast quietly.

Thank god dad made pancakes or else this would have been the worse last day of school. "Allie did you pick up your graduation gown?" Dad asked."No remember they didn't have a small gown so I'm still waiting on them to have it" I replied. "Now I remember all the gowns were to big for you shorty" Luca snickered. " THAT'S IT" I yelled as I pounced on him tackling him on the ground. "Are they at it this early in the morning?" Santiago said clearly annoyed. I had Luca pinned to the ground asking for mercy. Like I'm going to give it to him. I scoffed in annoyance and said " I think you need a mate I mean come on your too serious you need to lighten up Santiago." Santiago walked out of the kitchen without saying a word. Dad glared at me and trailed behind him. "What did I say?" Luca struggled beneath my hold and said " You know it's a sensitive subject. Now can you get off of me." I let go of Luca and was about to go out the door when I heard a gun c**k. "LUCA GET DOWN" and tackled him to the ground right when the glass shattered every where. Dad came running into the kitchen with Santiago not far behind him. "Is everyone alright?" Dad asked with worry in his eyes. "We're okay Allie saved my life she tackled me to the ground right when the glass shattered" Luca said with his voice cracking slightly. "Before I left I heard a gun c**k and told Luca to get down but I knew he wasn't going to be fast enough so I tackled him to the ground"I said with pride. Then a brick made its way into the kitchen heading toward my head. Instantly I grabbed it in my hand my eyes flashing its golden color. Dad, Santiago and Luca looked astound when they saw my eyes flash. I crushed the brick with my bare hands and saw a note inside it. I picked it up and unfolded it and saw three words 'WE FOUND YOU' written in wolfsbane. I burned but I wasn't going to let it go. Dad snatched it from me but it burned him causing him to drop. "What did it say Allie?" Dad said in pain. "They found me ..." I said in a whisper.
